Paid 96.00 cash for a reservation uhaul schedule me for on line and I didn't get the uhual until 12 when my pickup was 10:30 am and he overcharged me and told me my refund was coming back on my card and I'm still waiting what is going on

I was told I would incur a stiff penalty for not returning it in New Bedford, MA. Because of a delay on the road it was easier to drop it off in Rochester NY, and only pay an extra day fee of $40. Instead, my total extra charges came out to $181.32 The penalty charge of $141.32 was, in my estimation, steep and uncalled for as it was the Holiday and all your offices were closed. I will not recommend your company to anyone. Especially when i was told i could drop it off in Rochester if I wanted to by the agent at Harbor Safe Storage in Homosassa, FL.
Barbara MMaking sure if the key isn't in a lock box that staff is available to retrieve the key for customers and at the location at appointment time.
