Was a remote site. They didn't have the furniture pads or the appliance dolly I ordered. Owner ended up coming out and bringing about half the furniture pads I ordered and then I had to go to a different rental place to get the furniture dolly. He did throw in some bubble wrap because it took awhile to get us our stuff.

Location was hard to find, poorly identified, and wasn't open during normal business hours.
Darrin BergmanThe process was terrible took 20 mins at pickup and at least 25 to return!!! For someone who does this type of thing all the time. Rentals , reservations, apps. This was by far the worst experience and will try any other option before doing this app rental again. Equipment was great….experience was terrible.
Jack LambertRemote pickup only! Worker on site sent me 5 miles away to Armory Shell u-haul, (same owner) and said we can't help you go back and call 800 number. After several transfers on the phone a worker had me set up in 2 minutes.
Robert KutsiTook me 45 mins to access key in lock box. Called dealer 5 times over 2 days, no reply. Phone number on app different in message on phone. Did not get dolly. I was charged $12.00 for dolly. No person accessible.
Phillip GitarWhen a customer reserves a truck or trailer you could have it available at the time and location that was previously agreed upon. Also checking in equipment in a reasonable timeframe, so as to not f-up future reservations that customer has made.
Tony SixberryWhile the pickup location was fine and the people were good, the online check out and reservation process was one of the worst I have ever experienced.
