I was late to the pick up location and the employees had to go to break but they waited for me to get there first, really appreciate that. No fault of the this location itself, when I reserved the tow dolly I was never told the original quote did not include insurance and taxes as well so the end price was much more than I ever expected. I had no choice but to go ahead but Uhaul [when I called to make a reservation] should have told me ahead of time. That was not right.
Javier MoretEngine light came one 10 minutes into my drive. it used way too much gas. It was louder than a dodge charger. Sounded like the exhaust was as not hooked up. Took me A full day to get over how loud the van was.

Tiara GreeneI had to borrow a van just for a few hours to pick up a bed from a friend and I was surprised by how the charges just kept adding up and there additional charges because I went 5 miles over my estimate. Unless I’m in dire need, I’ll probably just wait to use a friends vehicle instead of going this route again.

FELIKS GALKINThe location was very hard to find at first. When I had arrived to pick up my reservation, I rang the doorbell several times and no one had answered. I called the number that was on the door and a man said he would be right out in 5 minutes, well 15 minutes later he still wasn't there. I called once more and he said he was almost there, he then shows up in his car to give us our reservation. The location was rather sketchy and the owner was not very friendly. Once we finally reach the vehicle, there were several damages to the truck (which I submitted pictures of) when I was told the truck was in good condition.

PATRICK MILLERThe employees at the location provided no customer service. The location was not open when the truck was dropped off. The cargo van was dirty on the inside and outside. I was charged for equipment that I did not use
Aaron SpakOur reservation was 2.5 hours late. The man who worked there was very rude. When we went to drop off the app wasn’t working and again nobody was there. We had to finally leave the keys in a mailbox after 30 minutes of calling and waiting.
KEVIN VANVORSTThe only thing I can comment on is to maybe post a sign of where to drop off the trailers. When the lot is empty, you can't make out where to drop them off. Otherwise, the personnel were helpful and gave me clear directions.
