steven yVery helpful and recommended that I get a different trailer and gave it to me for the same rate as the smaller one. They even made sure all connections were correct and all lights worked. Highly recommend this place!

Robert WGPS directions to this location take you to a empty field. Location is about 3.5 miles south of Walmart Crystal City, MO.
Daniel FNeeded a trailer to haul my UTV and thought one with the ramp would work. She asked what I was using it for and told me that it would NOT have worked for my side by side. The ramp/tailgate is not full width, and I wouldn't have been able to load it. ASAs is not the closest location to me but that simple question (others did not bother to ask) saved me from a wasted 200 mile round trip and I will go back to them without even looking elsewhere

Amy HI have no complaints at all. I was in and out fast due to the online pre check-in and the staff hooked up the trailer to my truck and explained how everything worked prior to me leaving. When I returned they unhooked the trailer and had me on my fast. I had a great experience.

Britt HNothing at this location. However, you need to remove the McNutt location that does not do uhaul anymore. I was very disappointed that I had to drive so much further to get and return the truck. But I do love dealing with ASAS. They are very customer service oriented.

David LAsa’s location was great and got me sorted out. The uhaul website needs work. It let me place a reservation at a location that wasn’t in business any more so I wasted 2 hours running around trying to find what I needed.

Patricia SThey went out of their way, above and beyond, to loan me a hitch when I really needed one. Having some available for a deposit would be nice since folks turn to U-Haul for towing needs, but they made sure I had everything I needed and I'll go back here every time now. Top notch people.
Rebecca RThe poor signal in this area made it near impossible to get through the mobile check-in process after hours. We almost gave up, after sitting there an hour, an unhelpful phone call with uhaul, and much patience, it finally worked in the uhaul app.

Tracy TEverything went well. I rented a 6X12 trailer online. When i arrived at the pickup location, they had me in the system and everything went smoothly. The lady hooked up my trailer, checked the turn signals, brake lights, flashers, and i was on my way. return was just as easy. The only downside was the entrance to ASAs, when they tell you the entrance is across from the gas station, thats where it is. It is a gravel driveway entrance about 400 feet before you get to the actual UHaul facility if your heading south on hwy 67.
Kenneth BAlways great service. I have a dealer closer to me. But I've always used ASA as my location to rent vehicles. Always greeted with a smile , feels like a old friend when I visit. Worth the extra drive.

They are super helpful, and will even help you find equipment that will better fit your needs. They're quick to resolve any issues, and are just wonderful to deal with. I can't say anything negative about any of the many experiences I've had here.
