Michael RThe location had very little cell phone coverage on AT&T. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck checked out. I either missed an email that told me I only had 15 minutes to check the truck out and I had to call. Overall it was not a great experience but now that I know the process it will be better in the future.
William LI had a very pleasant experience renting the trailer from Christy. She was professional, courteous, and punctual. I was able to get my trailer quickly and return it without any delays. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Christy.
KEVIN CWe had to pick up a U-Haul in Florida where we lived and drive it all the way to Tennessee. Both places they were friendly, professional, caring and kind and very helpful. It was easy to deal with both places and communication was open and helpful when needed. I definitely would recommend U-Haul for not just the kind service and professionalism but also for the price. It was very affordable and very very fair.

Theresa MTruck was left completely without gas and the representative told me up front and was very accommodative to this by offering a gas credit if I returned with a minimum of 1/4 tank. Started out as a rough experience, but I greatly appreciated how the Uhaul representative tried to work with me to make it better. Over all I appreciated it..

Devin JThe local pick up and drop off location was fine. However, the Uhaul remote registration system to pick up or deal with mechanical issues was awful. Had to wait online and on the phone for about an hour to either chat with or talk to someone. The whole process needs to be streamlined and way more user friendly.

beverly bThe last driving left the inside muddy and unswept but staff cleaned it out. The last driver only left a fourth of a tank, yet I still was required to leave it 3/4 full. There was also a loud scraping noise when turning left and notified the staff in Ohio where we dropped it off. We had asked for 12 blankets but got 6 but was given credit. The staff was nice and honest about the last driver leaving the vehicle in bad shape.
Jeffrey GWhen I called during business hours, nobody was at the location. On the second call, I was told to leave it by the other trailers and they would check it in whenever they decided to come in. All this during business hours. I would have felt much more comfortable having someone physically take responsibility present when leaving the trailer.
