Elizabeth was friendly and I've rated them above. But I did not originally rent here- the first rental location was Highlands Ranch. This is in my opinion one of the most poorly managed locations I've rented from. The customer service is ran by a rude staff that treats customers with disrespect. I've personally experienced this more than once and witnessed the same treatment of customers in line before me. The first time I rented it was all conducted in front of the manager- so this is condoned. This second time they told me not to trust what my reservation says (no inventory) and that I should visit the location in person 2 weeks ahead of time. This was said in a very (you're stupid tone)- fed up with this location.Gary L.

Uhaul guy wasn't on sight for return. Dropped it off to gas station employees who said they called him and he would take care of it. Ended up putting that I dropped off 1.5 hours late and had to pay for an extra day.Andrew H.

The rep did not explain or wait for us to load the car hauler. As a result, my wife was climbing in and out too the hatch back to get in and out of the car as we traveled 5 days to Florida. On the evening of the 3rd day I saw that the fender was hinged on the drivers side allowing the door to be opened.William F.

Truck was leaking oil. Leaked about a half quart on my brand new driveway. Didn't know this until after unloading. Wood in the from was broken. Seat ripped and can was not clean. Pretty disappointed in the fact that my brand new house now has oil stains.Johnathan F.

We had an online reservation for a 26' truck to move our household goods from Elizabeth CO to Johnstown CO (a 90 mile one-way trip). We were called 2 days before our move and told the truck was not available!! The woman said nothing was available in the entire Denver metro area. We saw some trucks in Elizabeth and asked Eric if any were available. He was very helpful. We had to take a 10' truck and family pitched in with their personal vehicles. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Uhaul. Also, no discount was given for our inconvenience.CHRISTOPHERALLAN S.

1. took over 30 minutes to rent the truck, even though I had rented weeks prior and uploaded license and paid for it earlier for 'ease of check out'. 2, truck said it only had 65000 miles on it. complete lie. worn tires. inside console fell off.robert K.
Employees didn't disclose how and when charges would be applied. $100 hold, ok. $98.80 due after the truck is turned in, but the $100 on hold can't be applied to that total? Idiotic. Truck had ABS light on. Overall irritating, time wasting, pain in the neck experience. Employees didn't know how to check truck in when dropped off. Never again Uhaul!TYLER H.
