Sherilyn OThe last two times I have ordered blankets on line there were none when I arrived to pick up the rental. Two different rental location’s. If they are not available I should be told when reserving the equipment so I can make a decision as to the location I rent from. I don’t blame the location. It’s the online process that needs to change.

Tammy MWe didn’t actually get to use the truck we rented as the moving labor did not show up. This company, Movers and Helpers, LLC based in Baton Rouge, La. was listed on your website. They did not communicate well or in a timely manner. Even though we were specific in our need for 3 men, they were finally trying to send only 2. Please remove this company from your recommended movers. I think it reflects poorly the great service you offer. Regards, Yvonne Rongey

Ayunta WJena is excellent. There is one major problem. The phone number for the Lutcher, La. Location is incorrect. The number shown on the U-Haul web Site is for a former owner of this franchise in another town. REALLY NEEDS to be corrected immediately.

Kevin DI rented a small uhaul truck which was due back the at 10:00 the following day, I received a call asking what time I would be back there was a reservation for the same truck I had reserved and rented never will I rent from u-haul again

Carroll DThe location was GREAT! But get rid of Elert! It was not fair that I asked my contractor to assist me by driving the UHAUL that I rented and because he had an outstanding debt with UHAUL, UHaul connected me to his debt. UHAUL then connected him to my name which forced me to have to pay his debt to get him disconnected from me. I should not have been held liable and placed in that position to collect UHaul’s debt of $700 that I had to eventually pay.
