They made me pay extra $20 dollars because I don't have a Smartphone. I am never going to use U-Haul again. You punish people for not having smartphones. Disgusting.

Train the operator of this location. He did not understand the wording of the contract and tried to "change" my order to what it already was (returning to same location) and it would have cost me over $500 more if I didn't catch it...

Took forever to get the truck also went to go return it and the guy didn’t know what he was doing

It took me over an hour to rent this truck and because this is a convenience store I had constantly been put to the side for other purchases. When I returned the truck I was over charged by 20.00. I did not get a receipt after rental . I returned it with gas and in great condition but I was over charged.

Next time I will drop off at an actual U-Haul center, not a gas station that seemed to not understand what I was dropping off.

Pickup location did not have an adequate computer, did not print out nor give me any contact/receipt. They recorded an incorrect fuel level, and charged me for SafeMove which I did not sign up for. They did not give me any phone number to contact for the SafeTrip helpline service that I DID want to pay for. The similarity of these names confused them. Pickup location took 45 mins to get all these non-activities done. They need to not use a tablet (upon which Uhau'sl website cannot not load properly) and they need a printer.

There wasn't a sign or any information to tell me this location was a UHaul dropoff spot. They had one person working who had to leave the building to inspect the truck which led to other customers waiting.

They did not seem to know what to even do with the truck when I returned it. He told me to park it in three different parking places. They also didn't think that I should drop the truck off there, when I showed him the paperwork with their address then they agreed that I should drop it off.

Took over 45min. Staff was late and unable to complete my order even though I checked in ahead of time online. Staff and/or technical error with uhaul application was at fault.

Lack of signage. Didn’t know where to park truck. Attendant wasn’t helpful and was very rude.
