This location did not have the two dollies I needed so my bill was adjusted. Ok, good. Obviously i needed the dollies & found another Uhaul that carried them. My contract was for a flat rate for 31 miles. Well, I went over those miles thanks to no dollies & part of the freeway being shut down. I have called customer service twice to alert them of this inconvenience. They informed me they cannot make any adjustments until everything has been checked in. So, this customer will have to call customer a THIRD time for my final bill to be adjusted over some damn dollies!Willie T.

I attempted to drop-off at the I-10 at Uvalde/Market Street and the personnel (2 men on evening shift 11/16) were very unfriendly, unresponsive except to tell me to drop off at any location except theirs. I asked where I could drop off and I was told to call on my phone and find out. I will not deal with that location again.David S.

I am not happy with my experience and the charges incurred. I wasn't told I would have to pay for mileage I thought it was a flat rate for useage if the truck and filling the the tank back up. I am going to file a claim regarding this issue. I wasn't happy!!!!!!!!!!Sara M.
The agent did not do a walk through with me before taking the truck. Also, he did not verify the mileage on the truck with me before taking the truck. I returned the truck before my time was up with more gas in it than when I left. The agent then charged me for 60 extra miles when I only used approximately 24 miles (when I reserved the truck, I said I would use it for about 30 miles). I immediately called U-Haul to complain and got a ref # and was told a representative will call me within 72 hours. I am currently waiting on that call. I would not use this location again and I surely will not recommend this location to anybody.Whitney C.

Great truck and the trip was made relatively easy due to the car trailer instead of using the car dolley. Car stability is number one and the car trailer is just the way to go.MICHAEL L.
Attendant didn't know what he was doing, took 45 minutes to get truck, put in wrong destination and agreed price. Total mess up. Called 800 number, girl was rude and unaccommodating, best experience was where I dropped off truck in Livingston. Knowledgable and helpful attendant.Trish E.
