Well first of all they make you stand OUTSIDE while they are inside behind this this tiny window which is retarded, and the gentleman behind he was just trying to get a rental to move his family and they wouldn't give it to him because he didn't have a mask, and then proceeded to tell him he would have to wear one while driving the UHaul, remember we are all standing OUTSIDE and the workers are inside behind a window. You people need to relax on all this covid stuff like for real, stop being so scared of literally nothing and run your business how it should be ran, you can't just turn people away because they aren't wearing a mask while literally standing outside like what a literal joke. I will never use this place again and I've told everyone I know about this, it's just complete nonsense and ridicules.JOSHUA O.

The uhaul that I rented had a damaged front bumper that looked bent but drivable. Once loaded up the vehicle was not okay. The bumper scraped the front left tire and I spent the entire drive avoiding right turns, driving very slowly, and being scared of the vehicle tire popping.Diana B.

This location was not my original reservation, I had to drive out of my way almost 4 hours round trip to this location, because my truck reservation in poulsbo was either given to someone else or they didn't get my truck in. I got a call less than 24 hours that I needed to call the number they gave me to find a new truck. Needless to say it was very stressful and time consuming and I had to load my stuff up in the dark. I had this planned out and did everything on my end to confirm my reservation and do what Uhaul wanted me to do and I got the shaft. The location that I got my truck from had a very nice gentleman working and he was nice. The location I returned truck to was ok, Bob listen to my complaint about my reservation and reach out to his higher ups and I basically got an email that said sorry. I will not be telling my friends or loved ones to use Uhaul and I will not be using them in the future.Rue K.

This place is great as I know because I still have storage unit here which is close to house and very clean and safe. I had less than $5 charge for extra mileage which to me is nothing. It was straight shot all the way, gas station on way to house, then straight to drop off. It's a guestimation at the best of things... but I trust the taking of odometer readings before and at drop off. This was a very good experience and very helpful after being gone for 3 years.Randi M.

The rental office and the area where the trailer was located was in two separate places. To get to where the trailer was located you have to travel down a dirt bumpy road.STEVEN D.

I was quoted one price online. So went with it. Then a rep called to say they didn't have the size truck I wanted. When I got there, they did. So I used the size I wanted. Upon returning the truck, I was charged more than double the original quote. 25$ cleaning fee? For a little dirt on the floorboards? Do you employ professional cleaners at over 100$ an hour? And why charge such a ridiculous mileage fee when I pay for the damn gas anyway? 0 stars. The only good part was the gal at the Bean rd location.Jacob M.

No issues with pick up location but had huge issues with booking the trailer. I booked online as it showed a covered 5 x 8 trailer was available at Kirkland Uhaul. 24 hours before I go to pick up the trailer I get an email that the trailer is not available but I will be getting a van. I guess the idea was that I was going to load up the van and tow it? I called your customer service department and was told that all the trailers in my area have been rented and no problem solving attempt was made, I had to ask if there was other trailers in the area. Well, on my moving day I have to drive 3 hours one way to get an uncovered 5 x 8 trailer, buy tarps, rope and tie downs to secure my load. Not only did Uhaul not provide the trailer I had originally booked but then took away 6 hours of my time to get a different trailer, this level of service is shocking.john B.

The uhaul representatives at this location are extremely rude. The truck I rented was used as a public urinal before being given to me. It was nasty. Uhaul customer service is horrible too. I've been a uhaul customer for decades... no longer. Uhaul refuses to reprimand their representatives for being blatantly rude and speaking disrespectful of their customers. Good riddanceSAM M.

Customers have to talk thru a small window due to COVID but the person behind the desk is at least 10 feet away from the window and customers simply cannot hear what the agent is saying, especially with the mask over their face. Please position the desk and computer closer so we can hear you! It was extremely frustrating to keep saying â€œWhat? What?â€Miles L.

Fast and courteous service. We were in and out quickly both at pickup and return. Clearly they knew what they were doing. They took the time to make sure we understood the details of our rental and did a quick walk around the truck to make sure we were comfortable with the safety and operational features of the truck. I reserved a 3-day truck in Sequim, working down the street from UHaul. When I went to pick it up, I was sent to another city, even though the 15 footer I reserved was sitting right in front of me. The Sequim office promised a $50 discount due to the charitable work we were doing, but the Port Angeles dealer wouldn't honor it and was actually rude and nasty. So we lost the discount and had to pay extra mileage due to being sent to another city. Last time for UHaul, we'll go with Penske.Paul M.
