Convenient location, but this place needs a LOT of updating. First, they don't have a CC Reader. The card I wanted to use wouldn't "slide" and when the girl manually entered CC number, it wouldn't go through. And they expected the customer to use link in their texts on their personal cell phone to upload a photo of their licence?? Never heard of this. Company needs to have equipment in store to do this. Some people do not use smart phones and I was unable to do this on my phone. I called and called the day after I rented truck to say that I would be returning it one day early - no answer... ever. So, I was transfered to main U-Haul headquarters, where they said they had to transfer me to Customer Service. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes, so I decided to drive to office since I'd probably get their faster and needed to let them know before they closed at 5 p.m. that day When I got to office, there was noone there! I arrived at 4:10 p.m. They had a sign ouside saying they would return at 3:45. I called a couple of times and could hear phone ringing inside, but noone was there, even though the sign they have posted says they are there till 5 p.m. on Suturdays. So, I called one more time and was sent to main U-Haul line again where they transfered me to Customer Service again. They were able to update my account. And lastly, when I returned truck, I was told that their system/computer was down!? Because of this the lady was not able to tell me exact amount that was owed and that would be automatically charged to my C.C. already on file. She said she would e-mail it to me when she was able to. This is very unprofessional. From start to finish, I did not have a good experience. This place is HIGHLY outdated and needs many updates to run smoothly as a business should in 2019.

nobody could find my rez, despite my email conf. and it took over an hour and i had to go to a new location after being dropped off, which meant i had to get another ride. it was not okay

This storage yard is adjacent to apartments on 3 sides. There's some razor wire on the fence, but anybody could jump in if they wanted to. On the other hand, they don't blink at storing lawn mowers.

The person who helped me was great very nice person I was getting a 7x8x8 and the unit was not good so someone just moved out of an 8x13 she showed me that one I took it . Told me hours of operations

At this location find a new afternoon manager, replace Ruben. I was complaining about the unexpected additional $35 rental charge for dropping the van off 1 hour later than expected. Instead of attempting to defuse the situation he accused me of using foul language and threatened to call the police. My wife was with me no such language was used, the store clerk assisting me confirmed no inappropriate language was used. Apparently Ruben does not tolerate customer complaints, I strongly recommend you replace him with someone with people skills.

Although storage was approximately 40 minutes away I couldn't of made a better choice. My items were safe and protected. I am grateful for the wonderful service.

The storage space was worth it, cheaper than most storage facilities around Torrance. The storage is kept well enough that it is clean but there is almost no space to park at busy times.

Inside the van is typically dirty with dust, trash or any leftovers, but the car at this location is extremely clean all the time. And Sherry at the rental office is always friendly, kind and responsive. Thank you for the comfortable rental experiemce

Very friendly. When I tried to call them for an emergency pickup time change, the operator was busy with other customer and I did not leave any message. She kindly called me back 10 minutes later. The car was very clean, and it was my favorite Ford van with remote key and more steady suspension, as opposed to the moon bounce-like GM model without remote key that is used in many U-Haul dealers today.

Next time, make sure you(uhaul) put the dolly IN THE TRUCK. Its hard to move boxes around without a dolly. Please dont charge me for a dolly that you forgot to put in the truck.

Unfriendly, not helpful, wrong mileage and fuel readings. No parking, computers problem, employees don't communicate, overall bad experience will not go back even if the only place with equipment needed and will definitely not recommend it.
