Trucks need electric windows and cruise control. The drivers window in my 20' truck was poorly located and very hard to close. If you desire us to tow at 55MPH, install cruise control.William T.
Staff was friendly and nice, helpful. The truck I rented had not been cleaned recently and was somewhat dirty but clearly had been used as a truck and it's intended purpose. The truck was not covered in filth like rappers, food or spilled the drinks and it seemed they were understaffed which most likely led to the equipment not being washed. WiFi was horrible couldn't do the mobile pick up at this location even inside building was awful signal strength. Also back of truck smelled of weed so badly I had to wear a mask to load. Then had to air truck out & deodorize it which it still had an odor when I dropped it off but was much better.SPRING K.

The clerk didn't want to look over the truck when i returned it and said he would just send me a email receipt later.I had to call a couple days later and he said he forgot to check it in and would do so.I did finally get a email but he got the wrong date that the truck was returned.MARTIN P.

Was charged $20 for after hours return even though we returned it at 8 am and spent 7 hrs waiting to talk to a representative to let them know the location services for online return did not work on 4 phones. We even followed the help button directions to turn on location but didn't work. I don't want to call and wait for 7 more hours to fight to get my $20 back. Customer service couldn't help me a d said I would b charged than I can ask for a refund. Horrible serviceWILLIAM B.

The ramp was very difficult to fully extend and retract. Appears it isn't actively maintained. Also, including a dolly, WHEN I SPECIFICALLY DIDN'T REQUEST ONE, was a major pain. It obstructed loading, and took away a significant amount of useful space.Joe M.

So bad!!!!! He told me it was 1/2 full and if not to take a pic of where it was at I did and when I returned he said I was to take a pic and bring it back to him?? Never said that And then charges me for gas even tho I put in $20 so bad And he couldn't get the cc to work so I gave him 100cash and said I'll pay with cc later And he hit cash so it was 100 plus For 5 h outrageous usually 50 for the day and I put 20 in for gas so 120 I will write a bad Yelp and never go backSUSAN M.
the truck had no gas in it...LOW FUEL light was on immediately after a few miles. Attendant told me to back the truck in or he was going to charge me $20 back in fee. If this was humor, I didn't appreciate it.JAMES S.
The owners were remarkable in their service. George and Bryan were great and helped us when corporate tried to NOT rent us the reserved truck. They got on the phone and went to the mat for us. The corporate goon who was trying to NOT rent us the truck was the worst at customer service I have ever witnessed, I would rent a truck from this location but beware if you are driving out of state.DANIEL H.

The location was great. Brian and the staff were great. The truck was clean, however the gas had been syphoned, and I was left with almost a completely empty tank. I put $30 in just to get me to my destination, and it went back to empty within fifteen minutes of driving, leaving me to believe that the gas line may have been cut. It was annoying having to spend nearly $75 in gas just to drive 45 miles. Otherwise, would go there again happily.PATRICK M.

Thieves siphoned gas out of truck after I returned it full. There was an issue as to weather I filled up before returning the truck. I took picture of mileage and gas gauge trying to checkout on your website, which did not work for meâ€¦. It should be easier to use and I was using maps all day and worked fine, but your website could not locate me. What's up with that?? Maybe security at night might be in order to prevent damage and losses to your trucks.KELLY C.

One of the employees (older man) was very unprofessional making derogatory comments because I committed the capital offense of walking in without an mask. Older gentleman was courteous but slow. Luckily I wasn't in a huge hurry. I rented the trailer for about 45 min because the furniture store turned me away due to short staff to load my couch. I returned the trailer and asked if they could transfer my reservation to the following day, but was told no. Frustrating experience, having to pay for a trailer I didn't use. Person helping me was very thoughtful. During our conversation an older gentleman came out and told his he needed to call in an order and stop what he was doing. Then he said he needed to tend to someone else which surprised me because I was sitting in the lobby by myself for several minutes. It appeared to me the individual tending me was being harassed by this older man. The individual that took care of me was a good worker with great PR skills. The lower rating was because I felt this gentleman should never have berated this poor worker in the publicJanice S.
