It took at least An hour and half to use the 24/7. Not time efficient. The equipment was clean and no major damage. But the drop off went smoothly besides using the app again. The location is fine but service sucks in the area.

I had issues with reservations from a different rental company and Uhaul was able to find me a rental last minute. But when I arrived at this location after 9am, no one was there. I waited an hour for someone to arrive. It then took 30+ mins to set up the contract because he was doing it on his phone and kept refreshing, losing all progress. No one was around after I dropped the truck off at 4:30pm. The next day I received an email that I never returned the equipment because they were "behind on paperwork". They literally had one truck on the lot and I rented it. I would not recommend this location.

Make it more easier for the elderly to turn in so they don't worry about having to pay for it again when it was turned in on time and nobody was there

No one was there when I went to pick up the trailer I reserved, I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come, all their numbers listed on Google were invalid. The person who finally showed up didn't know how to check me in and did not attach the trailer properly so when i was driving home it detached from the hitch. I went to return the trailer, no one was there again, I could not reach anyone so I called u-haul to inform them I just detached the trailer and left it because I couldn't get a hold of anyone.
