Stored my stuff here for about 5 years. My stuff was just as good as it was when I first put it in there. No bugs or mice or anything. The lady that lives and looks over the place is awesome! Going to miss chitchatting with her.

Very friendly staff and good location. Was disappointing that I booked online and was supposed to have a pickup that was just scan and go, but the location was not actually set up for that and so I spent 20 minutes getting everything checked out.

There was NO operating manual in the glove box so we had to learn what all the switches and knobs were and did

Truck interior was clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. Great experience with the location, though overall not the bargain UHaul used to be, which is unfortunate, since the trucks don't have backup cameras or anything to make the driving experience remotely pleasant, but those aren't things the location controls.

When you make a reservation online it would be considerate if you honored the reservation location and not change to another pickup location. That was inconsiderate. The website needs to specify when making a reservation when a location says they have equipment if it is for one way or local rentals.

The lady checking in my return was very apologetic about the condition the truck was in when I picked it up. She was going to charge me a cleaning fee but she took the time to look at “all” the photos I had taken if this truck. She was very professional and friendly

They tried to charge me for blankets that the other location never gave me, as well as $85 for 4 gallons of gas. Capitalism at its best.

This was an excellent experience, especially considering it involved moving, one of my least favorite aspects of being a travel nurse. I found the perfect sofa/loveseat combo and needed a truck and movers the next evening to move them. Shelley made the truck rental quick and easy, even accommodating my late arrival and difficulties with returning the vehicle - the app didn't like my mileage number. I will definitely tell people about my awesome holiday helpers!

Truck was clean. I used the mobile pick up. I was greeted by a staff member in the parking lot asking if I needed any help. I had the truck for four hours, dropped it off, (after their closing) and was greeted by an employee there as well.

The truck and auto trailer were ready right on time. The truck was super clean. The clerk was very helpful with the paperwork and explaining the truck and the auto dolly. The price was good. One problem was the tires were not checked before we took the truck, so we did have a blowout. So, when you rent a moving van from anyone, be sure and check all tires for baldness.

This was a very small facility with room for maybe 2 U-Haul's at a time. Better inventory across town if you are renting, but it was just fine for a drop off location!

When a customer brings u haul back one day early they should receive a refund for that day. We were not and we were charged extra for going over our milage a little

This location is not available for DROP OFF! You can only leave during business hours. Luckily I still had time and was able to do this. Most people need to be able to drop off espicallly with hours of 9-4:30. When called she would not answer and open the gate so we could drop off. I would remove this location from your list!!!

You can't use an android when using online pick for uhaul rental. It was quite the pain in the ass, I had to use my cousins iPhone. After an hour and a half, 30 minutes on hold with uhaul, I lost over 2 hours of rental time trying to pick up the truck. Wont use online pick up again or suggest it to anyone.

When I arrived at this location I could not get your app to work in order to do a self check out. When I went to the door for assistance the gal that was there basically yelledvsown to me from a balcony which was very rude. When she finally came to the door the truck I was suppose to take we'd had melted chocolate in the passenger door and they h as d lost the key. It took over 30 min scca to get me into another truck as well as transfer my payment over. Not to m ed nation the gal had no shoes on as nd it was raining outside. Very very unprofessional in my opinion. Not the greatest experience.

My drop off location was Kelso wa. I was told I could not drop off at the location when I arrived. They told me to drop off in Longview wa. I called Longview location and was told to drop at the designated drop off in Kelso. So after a long run around, I left it at the Kelso location as specified in my paperwork. I dropped off keys and parked the Van when it said to drop off. I even left more gas than I had in it when I left. I had a more than pleasant pick up in Scappoose Or but the drop off in Kelso was terrible. Not helpful at all :/
