CYNTHIA KI had reserved the trailer to load my vehicle on and moving blankets. We arrived at our scheduled time of 9 am and they did not have my trailer or moving blankets, just the UHaul truck we had reserved. The lady that helped us was very friendly and worked hard to locate a trailer for us, which we were able to pick up at another location in town at 2 pm that day, as we had a five-hour drive ahead of us. However, I had to go to Harbor Freight and spend over $100 on moving blankets which was very annoying. Had I been contacted earlier that my reserved blankets were not going to be there, I would have had time to locate some somewhere else to rent.

rodney sUnderstaffed. Staff arrived late for our 2 pm pick up. Phone lines are never answered. Had to return trailer a day early due to bald tires and not being safe to pull. Online shows location has boxes to purchase but they don’t. When you call the 1800 number the people are even more rude and unhelpful. Over all a horrible experience with this company and will not be returning. Everyone I contacted made it sound like the issue was on my end and they didn’t care and were so beyond rude it was so sad.
Joseph FNever received a code for gate to drop off trailer. Called emergency number with no answer and no call back. Time is valuable and it took us 1 hour to drop this trailer due to the incompetence of this location. Finally got a hold of cooperate and was told to leave outside of fence. Took 20 minutes to get cooperate to figure it out. I will not rent from here again and I will spread the word.
Matthew PI rented a trailer and had good experience. Reserved a truck for Sat on wed when I rented trailer. When I checked on truck Friday evening, it wasn't available for Sat. Had to drive to Kingston, Ok to rent truck for Sat. Very unprofessional way to take care of customers.

Jarrod CThe location does not answer phone calls on their regular line or emergency line. They told us we could turn in after hours and gave us a gate code that did not work causing us to go over our miles for a extra trip and being late to drop off. The girl working the desk at pick up was very kind is the only positive I have to say about our experience at this location.

Jeff TI made a reservation for a truck. When I got there to pick it up, they did not have one onsite. The lady said that she had rented them out to other people. The when I dropped it off, I was locked in. I had to turn off the electric gate to get out. The called me and told me that they were going to charge me for that. I’ll choose another company next time.

Charlene MHate was locked. Had number listed as emergency number to call for code for entry. No one would answer. Parked truck out front and dropped key off. Site contact finally called around a half hour later and said I would be charged extra for parking out front even tho he wouldn’t answer the phone to give code to let me in.
Billy BGetting the gate key to get into the location was VERY difficult. This process needs to be improved. The overall experience was great outside of this issue.

She then says "i can't lift this thing you need to help". Are you f*cking kidding me?! She was unfriendly from the beginning but that made beyond disgusting!

CLIFF AMy reservation was in the computer, but there was a glitch, so I had to take a huge truck instead of the smaller truck I reserved. The truck given to me was already reserved, so I had to rush what I was doing and didn't get everything done before I had to have the uhaul back for the next person. The back of the truck had trash in it. They charged me the price of the smaller truck, but the inconvenience of the size and time frame was terrible.

Bradley GWhen we arrived to the truck and equipment we had ordered, they did not have the appliance dolly we had prebooked. We were told we would have to drive to the other side of town to pick one up from their other location. The truck rental price included a flat fee and mileage fee for miles driven. So, we had to drive the truck to their other location and then pay mileage on the truck to go get it. Not happy about that. It's just a few dollars, but it's the principle of the matter that is aggravating.

Russell LIf Drop- Off location changes it would be more convenient to receive an email letting me know. Once I got to the drop off they told me I had to go to a different location.
