The truck I had brakes need to be looked at!
William JThe staff was friendly and helpful. I was told they could return my equipment at any U-Haul location and when I tried I was told that was not allowed.

Michael BHad extreme difficulty lifting the tongue off the ball by myself and hurt my back. These trailers need some sort of tongue jack to lift the heavy weight when one has to do this alone. No way most people could do this after hours and by themselves.

Roger RUsing the app or website picking up a vehicle is too complicated. Took me an hour and a half with three different customer service Representatives. That's not acceptable for me. I will never use this service again

Breanna JSomeone double charged us for the truck we rented. It went from a $55 rental to a $200 plus rental. Charged to two different credit cards. I am someone who is in the business of moving and storage and will not send any customers to this location ever again. All I can add is the person who rented us the truck was very nice and be sure to document all of the information and check the mileage and gas in your truck. And double check your receipt...

Robert BTruck idled terribly. Died once while sitting at a stop sign. Transmission shifted extremely rough. Was supposed to be setup to deliver where I picked it up. Instead it was there second location (they owned) in town a couple miles away so they charged me the one way rate instead of returning where I rented it.

rachael bSignal lights did not work properly after I began to leave and I checked myself. Then had to pull back in reposition trailer and hookup another one. Next trailer brake lights kinda worked, not very bright.
Robert MIwe only drove 13 miles, but we’re charged $35.00 for gas which does not make sense at all. I believe that was an overcharge and should be refunded.
Kenna CWe ordered a dolly which we didnt get and when we asked them about it they said we was never charged for one when my final receipt clearly shows we was. And they had multiple so it's not like they was out of stock.

She had me as her first customer and she totally got swamped after 4 more families came in with rental returns and she maintained great composure and multitasked through to get us all taken care amongst her morning routine! LeaAnn WI was charged for fuel when the fuel was clearly ABOVE where it needed to be when I returned it. I called and spoke with the lady and she said the truck was probably parked on an incline when we returned it and she would see if they could refund the fuel charge, but it was never refunded.

George WWe never saw a person as we dropped the truck off after office hours, but we had filled the gas tank over what it had when we picked it up and was still charge an additional $10 for gas.
BRandy YLight fell out of the car dolly an hour into my trip. Wipers didn't wipe rain correctly. Was charged $200 more than what my reservation was for. Was told I'll get a credit when I return and that was a lie.
AMY CI never received my code to get in the gate. So I couldn’t drop the trailer off. Called several times and finally on Monday evening was able to get a code.
collin wThe strap mechanism for the transport kept getting loose. It was rusted and old. Should be replaced before someone looses a car.

KIMBERLY HWhen I picked up the 20' truck/van, the cab and the inside of the van compartment had a strong marijuana smell, which we couldn't get out. The mattress we hauled now has that smell... The check-engine light was on, as well.

David BThe trailer was the only one available in the area and I had to spend over an hour repairing the wiring harness myself, because otherwise the trailer would have been illegal to operate on the road.

Stacie JMy trailer broke down while on the road leaving me stranded for four hours. The people at the rental location were friendly but the equipment was not well maintained. Uhaul’s roadside assistance was kind and helpful. I had a positive conversation with 4 agents. A negative conversation with one agent right in the middle that left me distressed.
STEVEN GI'm going with average because the lady said the check engine light was on in the truck because the last person was speeding but our code reader said it has a large evaporative emission system leak. And the person who had the truck before us was a heavy smoker so we had to keep the windows down for the 2 hour drive. When we turned on the ac it smelled so bad.

Jack BI had to return on line because the location was closed despite showing on line that they were open at noon. Once I completed the return on line there was no return box for the truck key which caused me to stay an extra day in order to safely return the key
