DinaariesAND ROL AndrewsandMitchellThe gentlemen who checked us out was firstly annoyed that the app was not working properly for us to do self check out so he had to do it. Secondly he didn’t want to go get the keys from the lock box so gave us a different truck which was so disgusting and filthy it took me forty five minutes to clean. There was garbage and food on the floor, it stunk, the steering wheel and seats were so black and dirty it took me half an hour just to wipe down those and one of the cup holders was literally filled with water.

Danielle SpearsThis location was 22 miles away from my original location. I received a call the morning of my reservation stating that the truck was not available at my location. I had to upgrade to a bigger truck which cost me a lot more in gas. I also had to drive a long way from my original location. I told them that I could not pick up the truck at the original time, but they still locked it in for that time. When I arrived at the place, I had to switch to 24/7. I spent 15 minutes waiting on the phone the first time and they immediately sent me to the 24/7 line. Then I had to wait 45 minutes to actually speak to someone.
