First trailer we got had a broken leaf spring. No big deal but we had already loaded it. Went to get another one. Started loading noticed tire was really getting low zero air pressure in it. And we had to change our tires ourself. I would like to get a partial refund for all the extra time it cost us.

Please at least sweep out the truck because there was a lot of broken glass and nails in the truck that I rented and had to clean it. I didn't want my furniture on that stuff. But overall, the customer service was excellent, very nice people at this location and would definitely rent there again!!!!

The only thing that comes to mind would be to have both the truck and auto-hauler to be picked up at the same location on the same contract. I used the self return function on the phone app. The app is easy to use. Returning the truck and closing out the contract was quick and immediate. However, I could not find the contract for the auto hauler in the phone app...it was not there. Minor set back...I called the helpful customer rep at the # listed on the contract...problem solved. One contract to close at drop off would have been more convenient. All in all Uhaul simplified my move for me. Thanks!!

The agent at the store just pointed and said to drop the trailer there. When asked, he said they do not give receipts for dropped-off trailers. Really? Wow.

Cashier behind counter was more involved answering text messages then customer service. When I turned in the truck I had to ask him to sign my contract to prove I turned the truck in.

I called at about 4:20 PM to ask what time they were open until, so I could return my truck. He said 5:00 PM. So I gassed it up and arrived at 4:57 PM. I asked the cashier where to put the truck and he said, "What truck?" I pointed to my 26 foot UHaul, and he pointed for me to park it around back in the grass field with the other truck. The only way into the field was through the side street and then to drive off road through a muddy ditch. When I drove through the muddy ditch, the truck became hung up with the back bumper stuck in the mud. When I told the cashier, Sam, he emphatically told me that he did not care and that he had nothing to do with the trucks. He was just the cashier for the store and the guy for the UHaul dealer had left for the night and would not be back until morning. I spent about 2.5 hours back and forth on the phone with UHaul trying to get a tow truck to pull it out of the ditch, even though it was on the dealer's property and was not my fault. I was told I was responsible to get it out of the ditch. Ultimately UHaul did cover the charges for the tow after I sent in many photos of the stuck vehicle and explained it was not my fault and that I was just following instructions from Sam. But since the only place to park the truck is in that grass field with the muddy ditch you have to drive through, I would not recommend this dealer. And also because of the cashier that did not care and did not help me at all. It was a terrible experience at this dealer. The towing company said this was not the first truck he ever had to pull out of that field that was stuck.

The company did not give me a reciept for the rental. They sent an email to my email that said i rented truck at 2:39 pm when I didn't actually rent the truck til 4:15 pm. The email stated that the gas was 3/4 full but the truck was parked on a hill and tilted so looked like was 3/4 full but was little less then that. There was a hand truck in back of truck that i did not request and had to move around and keep up with while loading my stuff. Also the back of truck was dirty and looked like had not been cleaned (swept) in atleast 6 months.

I had called another Uhaul spot just up the road , but had couple delays , running late and passed Abe's ... called him and was surprised at the much better service Abe offered .. I will call him next time I need a rental .. Kudos to Kumar ... I mean Abe . Lol
