LORENZO QThe place we picked up the truck at was literally in someone’s kitchen/house. The truck was dirty, and smelt like cigarettes inside. The truck was dirty in the back of it.. windshield blade was hanging out… The drop off location the man, couldn’t speak any English, plus there was a mix up in the drop off location.

AMY MThe rental location was in a busy location on 290 in Travis County Texas. I would not recommend using if it is the first U-Haul experience. I had to have the hitch ball and electric hookups already on my car. The attendant was very helpful in hitching up the trailer and the trailer was clean with new tires. I have used U-Haul in the past with my vehicle so I came prepared.

LASHAWN FYour inability to use prepaid cards and you keep charging random extra fees that do not exist on the initial invoice is a really shitty practice. i got charged extra at least twice if not every time i paid for something. The owner at this location was really nice and professional though. no problems with him at all.

MICHAEL MI’ve been to this location twice. Once to pick up a trailer and once to drop off a truck. Both times there has been no one there. The first time I called and he said he was 10 minutes away but it took at least 30 minutes, but he still came. And the second time I called three times with no answer. I opened the door and tried waiting and said hello but no one came. I knocked on the door multiple times and no one came. And the people that run it obviously live there and have multiple people with them that come out while you’re there. And yes the man that helped me the first time was very nice but he had to go get a piece of wire to attach the trailer and said to take it off before we took the pictures when we return it. The whole place is dirty. The grass is way over grown and you have to walk all in it to take the pictures for the self return. And that’s the only option since these people like to abandon their business.

JIMMY D1st, too many uhauls at entrance, congestion getting in and out. Parking area for car to be left not well marked. For the amount of space at this location things could be better marked and utilized. 2nd, dog on a chain proximity to front door a very weary experience, large dog, bound out, even if actually friendly I'd come to find out later at drop off. 3rd upon trying to use mobile rental he did not seem to know procedure as described in the app. 4th truck I was given on mobile app was not ready, and had a car trolley on it, had wait additional time for him to indicate different truck. Online reservation was never updated after that correctly. 5th One of the tires was nearly flat and caused very poor driving, I figured this was guaranteed to come with good inflated tires and did not check nor think to do as thought the equipment would be provided with such. We'd come to find out at drop off, after putting air in tire on the road that did improve driving comfort, that there was a screw in the poor tire. I think it was there from get go. I think my rental should include a refund because of these errors of quality.

AMY MThis pick up location was sketchy as hell. The individual running it was 40 minutes late and had a dog chained up just out of reach of the door. Inside the where the transaction was completed was not a professional business set up. It was a dark, dank residence/storage place. If I hadn't been there with my husband and had any time to find a new location to pick up a truck, I would have left an gone elsewhere. But since he was 40 minutes late, and we had movers scheduled (we BARELY made it back to the house with the truck before they arrived), we had no choice but to go through with this location.

ZOILA AThe only problem I had was that the truck key was stuck after the UHaul worker started the truck. I tried to remove it when I got home but I couldn't and then at night when I went to return it I couldn't get it out either, so I left it in the ignition hole.
JUAN GMan met me, directed the drop-off, unhitched the trailer, and informed me I was good to go.
