It was easy and quick to get the truck. It might have been nice to have him or someone point out some features and pointers on how to drive the truck and where certain features are. We didn't know the cab had lights until we had loaded it in the dark already. But it went smooth picking it up and it was in good shape.

The family owned business renting the trailer to me has always been customer friendly and care!! Honestly, If it were not from that location I probably would have chosen a different rental agency. Professional, kind, caring people..

The Uhaul location on Bull Dog Boulevard in Provo is excellent. The customer service was fine at this location, but the return location was changed from the original order. There was an issue with the wear on the rear auto transport tires that should have been addresses before the trailer was rented out to me. It looked like the previous renter transported something to heavy for the trailer which had caused tire damage. Luckily my automobile was light enough that the tires didn't wear during my usage, but the issue should have been noticed when the trailer was returned and resolved before it was re-rented to me.

serious problem with mobil pick up system and support phone line. Had the very nice owner not shown up when the location was closed, we would not have been able to pick up our truck. We even called the support line the day prior to see if all was in order and the agent couldn't get it to work.

Horrible customer service. He took 20 minutes to get to us to begin the process of reserving a uhaul. All the while, he took customers and phone calls in front of us. It was very unprofessional. Even when we brought the truck back, we were left to wait. Moving is already stressful and this just added frustration to an already chaotic process. Won't rent again.

Pre existing damage to trailer. Equipment should be maintained to acceptable repair standards. Damaged equipment passed down to the next customer is without repairs could result in further concerns.

The guy hooked up the car dolly up and was very polite. The only thing I didn't like about the whole u haul thing was they sent me done to Provo to pick it up from salt lake when the uhaul on 3900 so. State street had 8 car dolls on there lot.

Picking up the van went over very smoothly. The only issue I had was it asked me to sign into an account, only I don't have an account and there was no option to create an account on the page that I was on.

I was scheduled to pick up a truck at a location and when I arrived they sent me to another location. When I showed up there I was told there was no truck and was sent to another location. This was poor customer service. I never received notification of the change. Not very happy with that.

While this is an older venue that I wouldn't describe as "clean and inviting", the personnel were extraordinarily helpful and courteous. I returned my truck to this location and was exceptionally pleased with the service and all of my interactions there. Can't judge a book by its cover.

The agent told me we had up to 30 minutes to add insurance on our vehicle after picking it up, but when I tried it had already been locked out. I called the toll free number for U Haul and was informed this had to be purchased before the vehicle left the lot, so I was unable to add it. We didn't have any issues, but this would be good information to know ahead of time.

I was going to rent my truck early in the morning. The place in Springville Utah said they wouldn't be open so they were going to put me on the 24/7 ability to pick up my truck. I showed up and it wasn't there. Uhaul customer service was great through a bad situation. Thank you. They suggested I wait for the place to open (which was 1/2 hour after I wanted to be moving) because this place in Springville had another of the truck I needed. The owner showed up (as he clearly made it know as I asked him if he worked there, he told me he was, walking away, half ignoring me). I walked up to his office and he unlocked his door and went inside, I went to follow but he shut the door in my face. I opened the door and went in and he turned and looked at me and asked what he could do for me? I noticed the pistol he had stuck in his front pocket and with the irritation he was showing, wasn't about to begin on the other issues. I told him what Uhaul customer support had told me and he said "nope, they're wrong. I don't have another truck. You'll need to call Uhaul and get that worked out." He was an ass and I would not have him represent my company in any form or fashion. I can't believe he is still open for his own business if this is how it is. Just thought you should know.

The truck smelled a little like smoke and there was some ash and cigarette butt hidden in a little compartment. Other than that the truck was great and the guy we worked with was super helpful.

My situation was crazy but could have been avoided with proper procedures. I had originally setup pickup of a 20' truck at the University Ave. Philips 66 in Provo, but the individual who was supposed to help me was arrested the night previous to my pickup date. However, the lady at the Philips 66 did not know what was going on and called U-Haul and said that my pickup was supposed to be at the Colonial Lane location in Provo. I arrive at the new location and the lady there told me that I was supposed to pickup at the Philips 66. She then tried to find a way to get the key for the truck at the Philips 66, but there was no way to get them. I ended up sitting in the Colonial Lane location for 1 hour before they were able to find a truck available at the Ace and Jerry Auto Glass Pro Shop location. I had to call a ride to pick me up and take me to that new location. Ace and Jerry were great though! They jumped to helping me and got me setup for taking the truck within minutes. By the time I picked up the truck, we were nearly 2 hours behind schedule on moving and many of our help had to leave before we could finish loading.

U-Haul's phone support was SO EASY TO WORK WITH. After a nightmare of a house-buying situation, U-Haul extended our rental not once, but twice! They were quick and very helpful, each phone call taking only a few minutes. This made our move SO MUCH EASIER. Thank you so much!
