Roy LimTruck should be less than 75,000 miles any truck if customer is renting. This location gave me which has more than 100 thousand miles on the odometer. Not cleaned, seat adjustable thing has to do by 2 people that much hard to do it. Dealers should be responsible if they are providing these trucks for longer distance from state to state. Unhappy with the truck.

Rafael AguilarHave more equipment available, I need a furniture dollie. They had none and claimed UHaul was always short on providing necessary moving equipment. This was my third move this year thru UHaul and each time they didn’t have necessary supplies to fill the order.

So your instruction said we had to go to some other location which was an half an hour away, So we called Uhaul after hours and the lady explained how we could get the rental process completed. We did the paperwork on line and got the truck turned in to Ace Hardware.

John rhey LazaroThe truck drives really rough, seems like a transmission issue. Also If u lightly hit the brakes it jerks the truck, i did not feel safe driving.

Gerardo TorresMake sure you cover the time limit of 6 hours now. Website lets you choose how many hours but doesn't say anything about multiple rental/insurance charges. This may have been a mistake but if not and it's standard practice then it's just shady and dishonest hitting the customer on the back end when they've already used the equipment and are turning it in. That's poor advertisement. From now on I'll work with Budget, Avis or Penske. I did not appreciate the ghost charges.

Tracy McPhersonThe rate rate per mile is not correct on sign it said rate Sunday thur Thursday was ,69 cent per mile and Friday thru Saturday was ,88 cent per mile which It showing on my copy I was charged a straight .89 cent per mile for all miles which is not correct and wasn't please with that I can count as well that is highway robbery be correct on details thanks
