The pick up location was convenient and easy to find. The gentleman with whom I did business was polite, calm and communicated well. All was as expected as far as terms, etc. My reservation process with U-Haul was not as smooth. It was, in fact, stressful. I was emailed that there was a truck for me in Woodstock, NH and then changed to Campton. On the day of pick up, I received a second email indicating that my reservation was in Woodstock (which it was not!). I was concerned that I would have to pay for two trucks when I only wanted one. All in all, it turned out well. Thank you.

I don't know, but charging roughly $300 to use a truck for less than 12 hours is pretty ridiculous. However that's not something the location dictates, I don't believe. If I hadn't desperately needed the truck ASAP, I definitely wouldn't have paid that much for it.

Staff were great! We got lost on the way there but the staff stayed on the phone to give us directions. When we got there, instead of making us do the check in online on our own he did the check in on his end which made the drop off very smooth!

I had trouble filling out the request for drivers license information received as texts from the uhaul.com office but the employee at the rental location got everything taken care of promptly. This rental location is very convenient and the employees were very helpful.

This is the second time we’ve used this facility and never any concerns. The manager has always been very helpful, assisting with a stuck lock for example. Easy to pay online with email reminder.

This location closes at 4pm daily. My husband had the truck there at 3:58pmnand the employee couldn't take 5 minutes to check our truck in with us being there so we could confirm no damage was done to the truck. They said they “would check the truck in the next morning because we had it for a 24 hour rental and it wouldn't make a difference.” Just frustrating when we have always had people go above and beyond to make sure everything looks fine when we return the trucks!

The service was extremely helpful and I would rent from them again but... The truck was less than desirable. The truck shook if you drove over 55 mph. The check engine light was on as soon as I turned the truck on and never went off. The ac was not working that made my 245 mile drive very uncomfortable.

Dropped off at 11:15 am. My wife was texting her mom. Then the sneaky sob said I'll email you your receipt. Should have said no. The the sneaky sob lies and said I returned it after 1:00 pm and charges me for another day. Very upset

You're online reservation system is the most confusing and aggravating system!! I am so extremely displeased and will definitely look into other rental trucks before using Uhauls website again.
