I rented a truck for $29.95 and went 31 miles total. The same day that I rented the U-Haul that cost me a total of $59.00 with mileage this U-Haul location charged my card $129.00. I called the location right away and ask them why I was charged so much and they said that it would work itself out in a couple days. Woke up this morning and had a receipt for them for the $59 but they charged me again $80. So I have officially paid $209 for a truck that was supposed to cost me $59. And they keep telling me I have to take it up with my bank even though they are the ones running the transactions with my card. Super frustrating experience to say the least. I will never use this location for anything again in the future and would not recommend it to any of my friends. Be careful!

The customer service was terrible and the vehicle smelled very smoky with cigarette ashes on the drivers seat. The employee working on 10/3 in Shakopee was very rude and standoffish. Also, I see on our receipt that we were charged $14 for safemove which we never agreed to and in my original online reservation I declined. We will not be coming back to this location again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

The site was hard to find from maps and took a long time to figure out how to reach the site. Online check-in was a nightmare and took an hour. I reserved a rental over a month ahead of time and still had to drive 30+ minutes out from my way. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

An hour away from my residence. Won an auction and needed to act. fast . I saw your $19.95 per day and went for it. Got extra coverage drove 113 miles. 101 dollars. Kind of misleaeding.

Went to the storage to drop off u-haul truck, there was a sign on the door that the manager was some where in the storage area and to call his cell phone, I called and his phone was not set up to take messages, kind of defeats the purpose to have a cell phone

Never got a confirmation of the truck rental. So, I didnt know I was getting a smaller truck than I reserved and that it had to be returned earlier than I reserved it for. I was told we could return it after hours but was never told the process on how to do it.

Made me drive about 10 miles one way further for pick up & return= 20 miles....unnecessarily. I purposely ordered very early to have the pick up location I asked for and drop off.... neither worked for you.... I went to close rental agreement after returning the truck but had to look for 2 pads...Open sign up and no one there..... called twice. Waited 10 min. Nothing. Very disappointed in the service.

My comments are strictly for Uhaul not this location in particular. My experience was extremely negative overalll. My reservation was cancelled and re-booked twice over 48 hours because the national uhaul line kept extending the reservation of a van I had booked. Then, on the second booking, my pickup location changed without my knowing and so I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to pick it up. Overall throughout all of this I have had to call Uhaul or Acron Mini Storage 4 times about this issue and on top of all of that my van was not checked in properly and so I had to call and follow up on that (a 5th call) to ensure I would not be overbilled. I will say the people at both Acorn Mini Storage locations I dealt with were very nice but overall this reservation system really screwed me over.

I'm not sure if systems were still down but I couldn't return the truck from the app again. It would get all the way to payment and then say it was unable to complete.

The uhaul was dirty when we opened up the back when we started loading things in. We also waited 1 1/2 hours just for manager to show up at location to help us. Says she was at post office, but dealing with her in person she was kind and respectful but due to this experience I have now purchased a truck to do my hauling so will not use your service ever again

Site was not staffed at time of drop off. Information about NEW drop off was not in information we received. Notice was posted on the inside of the lid to key drop in such a location that it was easily missed. we had to go on line to learn of NEW process and by then we could not get key back. We called 800 number and were told there was nothing to do but leave it. CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!

When I made my initial reservation online, it was for a 17' truck. Minutes after it went through I received a call saying they had no 17' trucks available in the area and the next best thing would be a 15' truck at this location. On my way to pick up the truck at my 10am time, I received a text saying it would not be available until 11:30. I already had plans at that time which resulted in my move being pushed back several hours. The box on the truck was not 15' unless you count the overhang on the cab, and even then I'm not sure. I stated I didn't need a dolly or packing blankets, yet they were in the truck and I would be charged for their use if I broke the zip ties. All in all, I wasn't completely impressed.

While I dropped off the truck after this location was closed, there weren't any clear instructions on what to do with the truck. I just parked it in a parking spot and put my keys in the drop box. Might be good to have a sign stating where to park after hours.
