My pickup location was rescheduled from uptown to Eagan. There were no signs of whether the place was for uhaul or not. Rental truck I received was so janky. Gears didn't shift well, there was no cruise control and I had asked for cruise control as I had to drive it from Minneapolis to chisago. One of the vents was broken. I paid the same amount for the uhaul but I feel like I was provided a crappy uhaul because in needed to drive it to Chicago.

The guy at the location seemed to be very inconvenienced by my return with the uhaul. I only needed my uhaul for a day, he was expecting it to be dropped off on the third day of my reservation. I was not given an option to specify my return, just that I had up to three days to return. The guy at this location was completely rude because of this.

Whomever checked the truck in after I dropped it off charged me $22.00 for fuel even though the fuel gauge was in the exact spot of where I left it.

Place was close and convenient for myself. They only had 2 spots for parking, both of which had Uhaul trucks already parked in them. I had to park in the only spot, which wasn't an official spot, yet was within the parking guidelines. Check-in process was overall pretty convenient.

Location was fine, truck was fine. The app and the process of checking the truck in and out after hours was TERRIBLE. The app wouldn't work at all on my android phone and kept resetting. Why in the world do I need to wait until I'm literally sitting in the UHaul to input my drivers license info and have you call an alternate contact? I ended up wasting 2 hours of my already extremely long day of moving dealing with your ridiculously bad software.

My reservation was "expired" when I went to pick up my truck. Then the UHaul website was down. It took over 90 minutes to get my truck. I find this unacceptable.

This was the second rental from that location and both times the person working the desk never answered the phone when we would attempt to contact them. It's almost as if the Uhaul part of their business is not important.

It's pretty unfortunate that a customer is responsible for the additional $1.19/mile when they last minute have to accommodate going to a further away location to pick up the right truck that is no longer available at the original location spot. Changing locations isn't a big deal (within reason), but bring responsbile for an additional $30 since we had to drive the truck further than planned is ridiculous.

I booked the truck at a different location and was only notified of the change by an email without any reference to a change in location. The email went out after 5PM the night before my move. There should really be more of a notification, it was extremely inconvenient. Please change your policies on this. Seriously, I can't stress this enough. The email notification just had the subject "Your U-Haul order" so I didn't notice the address had changed.

The manager, Bob was absolutely amazing with his customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great guy to work with. He went above and beyond today. Thank you Bob!! I'll come you the next time I need a UHaul.

Your customer call service is worst. I tried to contact you on customer servynumber like 10 times and i was always placed onhold for more than 10 mins. Moreover I tried to contact using chat service and i had to wait for more than 3 hours and still no response even though I contacted during business hours. After 3 hors they respond to chat but they close it after 3 mins of no response. What the heck. You keep is waiting for 3 hours and expect us to wait for you. And you close chat after 3 mins. I booked the uahaul at bloom location but you reserved the uhaul at Egan, very far from my location of move in. You didn't even get my confirmation on the location and i was unable to contact you due to the worst customer contact service.

The location was not clearly marked as a "U-Haul" location. On no document we received from U-Haul was the site identified as "Acorn" and we drove several extra miles in an attempt to locate it.

We reserved our truck at the Burnsville Location on Hwy 13 weeks in advance. They taold us it would be ready for us on Sunday July 31st. I called to confirm and Joshua the Manager was very rude on the phone while telling me they didn't have our truck and we would have to go to the Lexington ave location in St Paul. I was confused and tried to get an explanation but was rudely rebuffed. If you have access to the recording of Sunday morning July 31 about 9:20 I think you might find it interesting. The Location I was sent to was great and the truck was great. When we tried to drop off the truck in White Bear Lake we we're told to call your 800 number and first we're told the system was down and to try again later. we called ten minutes later and we're put on hold for 12 minutes which is too long.

I filled up the gas tank and was still charge plus I was doing toysfortot a non profit organization and they would not let me use my tax identification number they told me they don't use at the site because it wasn't u Haul it was akon so I would not refer nobody else to u hall because I felt I wouldn't treat it right.
