I didn't get a name, but on Thursday 10/12/2017 the Acorn rep met me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. He took my information and got me going on my way with minimum delay. If U-Haul has more employees like the three I met it is a good place to work.

Very pleasant people. They are normally closed on Sundays but were there doing end of month paperwork. Checked my vehicle back in very promptly.

The location needs more room on the front and/or side for trailers and trucks that is paved, as well as a dedicated right turn lane.

The location did not open on time. I had to wait 10-15 min after opening time for the man to unlock the front door and let me in. That's the only reason for 3 stars out of 5.

Fix holes in roof of all your trucks. It rained the day I rented my uhaul truck and it ruined my memory foam mattress and two of my tv's. I'm reall upset about the tv's. My 75 in Samsung 8000 series is fried from water poring in on it and the 70 is the same. I will never use uhaul again.

The place was closed when I dropped off the uhaul. I had to get back in the truck drive it down the street make a uturn, drive back down make another uturn because the lot to park the truck was not accessible to the entrance.

My only recommendation would be to expand the parking lot. It was small and I saw a customer politely directed to another store because they could not accommodate the return vehicle he had. It's a good location and the people are great they need more space!

Drop off location. The employee was walking outside to greet me when I was pulling up. Literally 5 minutes to unhook trailer, and confirm drop off, at which point the Manager says thank you, your receipt will be emailed to you. Nice and fast service!

The employee of this place is an undesirable person,,RUDE,Speak with bad attitude.the day i pick up does not help us.and today when we gave it back in from of another person he speak to me loudly with bad attitude.with only two minutes for the opening at 8.00am he shout from inside the office.VERY RUDE PERSON.

Seamless experience. Friendly, courteous service from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location. I needed to drive from Florida to Michigan. I was able to do all of my planning on line from ordering the truck, packing items and movers to load my furnishings. All went as planned, couldn't be happier with outcome. Had never driven a 20' truck, easy as driving a car, comfortable seats, clean interior. Highly recommend Uhaul!

The sign they have for where they want you to leave the truck at was at waste level and hard to see. If you didn't move the truck they will charge you $100 to move it. After reading the sign and you realize you need to move the truck you get the pleasure of trying to cut across 3 lanes of traffic on a very busy road because you need to make a U turn. Then once you make that U turn you get to make 1 more and hurry across 3 lanes of traffic and drive it down a dirt road. Don't wear good shoes you will mess them up because where you park the trucks is a big mud pit. One would think they would put rock down so your not parking and walking in mud

there is no onsite parking - this is supposed to be explained to clients when making reservations. I made my reservation by phone to the 800 #. according to the onsite manager, the reservation assistant is required to read a parking disclaimer in order to make the reservation but this did not happen. I had to leave my car in a strip mall a block away. it was ok when I got back, but this was an unwelcome surprise.

Only issue I have is the phone. In order to get threw to rent truck had to call more then five times. And now I've had to call at least 6 times cuz line has been busy or the phone just keeps ringing. Most of your customers I would think have to call you to see if u have what we are looking I think your phones should be NUMBER 1

Picked up Auto Transport,Took it to my home and decided to load the vehicle up that night. Good thing because one tire was almost completely flat. Called the number for repairs. They dispatched a mechanic quickly. He replaced the defective tire and wheel. Nice job. I feel the transport should have been checked better before I picked it up as I had reserved it several days Prior. My wife and I left Saturday by 9:30 a.m. for a 750+ miles trip towing our car behind a Cadillac Escalade. By less than 100 miles of our trip my wife wanted to turn in the Transport and drive both vehicles to Tennessee. We couldn't go over 62 mph or the trailer fishtailed something awful. Finally after some 550 miles I gave up and turned in the Trailer at Carterville, GA. The people there at U-Haul in Carterville said there must be something wrong with it as most Transports tow very well. Not ours.

the staff is rude and off the wall...after checking in with full payment he refused to give us our truck keys as we were parking down the street but was not patient and was making a scene in front of customers...I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN.....this man was nuts....I have been a customer of UHAUL FOR OVER 10 YEARS...and this guy needs to get his vendor's license pulled from your UHAUL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS...RUDE AND LOUD TO ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ENTRANCE WAY....please look at our repeat business in the past year.....but this guy was the new years bull doze....horrible horrible

For 13 years my wife and I have rented two storage places from "Greg". We were always treated professionally, treated well, the units and truck that we rented recently were clean inside and ran great. We cant say enough about Greg and his son "Kyle" who helped us out with a couple items when we rented the truck recently. Great kid and hard worker. I would recommend Acorn Storage to anyone and would rent storage space from them in the future if the need arose. Thanks Greg for a great 13 years!

Dealer mgr from start to finish treated me very strongly bad 100% not professional even seen on my 45 yrs in professional mgt career --100% bad. Laughed at me insulted me ignored me didn't want to help me fine UHaul truck or drop off keys area at all. Asked him to get his boss mgr to help me better. He said he had no supervisor or boss HE WAS BOSS. RUDE. BAD. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNKIND. NEVER EVER RECOMEND UHaul location ever again. 35 yrs using UHAUL rentals over 7 home moves. This was WORST EVER BELOW ALL GOOD STANDARDS TREATED ME LIKE A DEAD DOG. I WILL REPORT HIS TERRIBLE NEGETIVE BAD WORST INTERACTIONS WITH ME TO UHAUL CORP LADDER BOARD VERY SOON. IF KEN / area supervisor that called yesterday KEEPS THIS 337 Pine Island no good mgr dealer fransize ?? I will continue to do my best to get him out of UHaul business thru Corp lawyers court..., Yes upset me 1,000 times more than worst ever. US Veteran. US born citizen. Proud American. Never want any American ever be treated as I was ever again. Fire him ASAP or I will fight UHAL till he is gone forever !!!! Customer 2/4/17 reactions
