Devon FI was an older truck that served the purpose I rented it for, the counter personnel were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Ronald STrailer was unsafe for the road. Had no working running lights. Trailer also has a spare tire on one axle causing bad vibrations. Trailer wiring was hacked and poorly repaired.

Ben STruck needs brake work, would have been terrified to drive it more than the ten miles I needed. Used it to store equipment overnight. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Runs rough. Knobs on heat fan gone. Interior ripped overall a very used rough shape truck.

Douglas SThe location closed earlier than expected. The location had a sign posted for after hours drop off, but when corporate U-Haul was contacted, they explained the location did not accept after hours drop offs. The app for conducting the after hour drop off was flawed, it would not take the pictures That I took of the trailer on drop off. I had to call and speak to two different people and it took me over an hour to drop off a simple trailer rental. Oh, this location, which was much nearer to me than where I picked the trailer up had five similar trailers, while I’ve been told that nothing was available anywhere in my location, hence the pick up in Columbia vice anywhere near Norwich. Overall, this was a horrible experience with Uhaul.

christopher sThey were very helpful when it came to hooking the trailer up to the truck, but I found out later that the trailer was not well maintained. One of the tires was flat and one of the wheel straps was broken.

JOSEPH PIt would be great if this location accepts dropped off from different locations as well.
FRANTZ JFront driver and rear passenger tires were very low in pressure and driver side tire net ratchet strap rusted almost to non usable status, needs replacement. Equipment should be checked regularly for things like what i mentioned above. The tires i understand, but passenger side was not reading on a pressure gauge at all, so pressure was less than 20 pounds. The ratchet strap has no excuse why it wasn't checked or replaced, which is what needs to happen. I had a ratchet strap of my own to put over it as well, just incase it failed completely since i could not cinch it down all the way it needed to be, just enough to hold the car was all i could do.
Troy BOwner Dave was awesome, there was a mix up at the place I originally had my reservation for a 20 ft. truck they sent me to Action Equipment and Dave took care of it. Thanks Dave!
Jeff PTruck was not clean in the bed or in the cab. It smelt like so bad had to wear a mask driving and after had go back to work a spray disinfect all over me to get of the smoke smell. Every time have rent from a U Haul location the truck is never cleaned.

Joseph BToo far! I had to travel 40 minutes each way to get a trailer to move my tractor 5 miles to a repair shop. You used to have large trailers at more locations. That’s not the fault of the nice staff at Bozrah, though.

Mandi EI had a previous reservation at ACE Hardware in Norwichtown and was told after waiting 20 minutes in line that my truck was no longer available!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Someone should of at least called! I had a family health issue and was not able to make it. Ridiculous!

KATHLEEN Hfind the douche that kept the vehicle we scheduled, which would've saved us a round trip, and add my bill to their hopefully already colossal bill. Also the truck had a half empty bottle of sweet tea and a can of grease rolling around in the cab.
Nicholas TThe service was excellent. I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved and it was waiting for me. It was clean and full of gas. They wete friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I returned the truck it was the same great service.

Syed AI called to discuss charges and never received a return call. There was no hand truck on the truck but I was charged for it. I understand being charged the 2nd day because it was late but I was charged for a 2nd day of insurance which I don’t feel made sense because it was late after one of the movers fell because we did not realize the hand truck was not included until the move had already started and they asked where it was to move a 4 drawer filing cabinet down two flights of stairs.
