Was not original location chosen. Did not have all equipment requested.
Gina WEverything went great except the return of my deposit. U haul can immediately take your money, but do not immediately return your deposit. In this day of electronic deposits, there should be no delay in returning a deposit.

Teresa SRobbie helped to hook up my trailer correctly for my trip and saw to it that I was treated well. Easy pickup and drop-off. His helper unhooked it for me the next day. I never had to turn a jack or fool with the wiring. Great place to UHaul!

The only problem we had is that we didn't realize until we unloaded the furniture that there was black grease all over it from the walls and floor of the Uhaul which damaged the furniture and the carpet at the new apartment.

Leslie HThis location should not be listed as being able to do “after hours drop offs”. Their gate was locked & had trucks parked in front of it making it impossible to get on to their lot for the drop off. We left & came back an hour later & the gate appeared to be still locked but the truck in front of the gate had been moved - so we noticed a guy inside the gate working on a bobcat & noticed the lock on the gate was actually unlocked so we took the lock off & opened the gate ourselves so we could drop the truck off. But this location should not be listed as after hours drop off available. Not a good experience dropping off

reda cThe agent checking out the truck could have been nicer and more informative. I wasn’t sure if all the damage on the truck had been previously noted. I didn’t know what the stickers marked with an “x” meant. He randomly changed my drop off location to a place an hour away and I have no idea why, I told him where I was booked to drop off at and he still changed it but I didn’t get the text until after I left his place. That was frustrating and added another layer of stress to my day.

Stanley T6x12 trailer was suitable for my needs but I had to travel about thirty minutes father away to get it. As it was not at the place I had chosen for preferred pickup.

Vernon ATruck cab was filthy inside. There was trash in the cab when I picked it up. The windshield was so dirty inside it was hard to see through. I don't know why sweeping the cargo area is so important when the cab you so dirty.

Geneva LIt wasn't really their fault, but here's what happened...we rented on a Saturday and were supposed to have it for 2 days. When we looked at our paperwork at the end of our move it said we only had 1 day. We were in a panic that we wouldn't get the truck back in time, rushed to the drop off and it was closed, the gate was locked and someone had already dropped a truck that blocked the driveway. We made a panic phone call and they determined our paperwork was wrong and that we could return the truck on Monday. Moving is stressful enough without adding a stressful end while returning the equipment!
