Rude customer service. I called and asked about after hours drop off. She said just park it near a fence...not even secured. I asked about it not being in a secure place and she was rude. My son had the same experience a year ago or so. Won’t drop off there again...someone could have seen me drop trailer and taken it and I would have been responsible. Poor Poor

Rep did not properly hook up the hitch. It came loose and detached from towing vehicle hitch while traveling on Chisholm Trail Parkway south of Fort Worth Texas very close causing several accidents plus potential great harm to the driver of the towing vehicle. NTTA personnel were called and assisted in rehitching trailer to towing vehicle.

So convenient to drop off for me -- the printed one was 7 mile out of the way -- the system could not find the truck for a few days. I hit location button and got no responses but sis take picture of location, clean truck bed, and fuel gauge.

I hit the location button on the phone to show when and where I turned it in... I did not know I was suppose to do that until after the fact. Went down from our home there ( 2 miles away and accomplished it a hour later

Office was not staffed. I was able to locate on duty personnel with a phone call. This facility was more familiar with equipment than The Junk Shop.

Absolutely Horrible experience. Ordered a truck for 730p pick up from 24hr Action Wrecker and nobody was at location upon arrival. I called the Business number provided on the door and spoke with the office manager who was unbelievably nasty and rude who stated that it would be hours before someone could come and help me. When I explained that that would be unacceptable because I had already paid for the truck and was on the clock, I was hung-up on. I called back and was treated with disrespect and hung-up on again. I then Contacted Uhaul customer support who attempted to help me with auto check out but there was not a Key box available for such action at that location. Eventually a tow truck driver arrived at location and handed me key to a truck that was in a muddy field. I was told by the tow driver that I would be receiving a $50 refund but that never happened. I show on my billing receipt a $15 refund but that never even went back into my bank account. Needless to say, I'll be using Ryder next time.

Person in charge did not know how to hook a trailer on to my hitch. They didn't cross the chains, until I made the suggestion. The trailer came off the vehicle within the first three miles. This company has no business doing Uhaul rentals as a side-line.

The trailer turned out to be damaged. It had a hole that allowed rain in that had been repaired with caulk and duct tape. I am happy we took the time to get insurance on our rental. Some of the wooden furniture that was transported was ruined by water damage.

Fulfill the order. I ordered and paid for moving pads but did not receive. When I returned the trailer-16 hrs early- I received no apology. No credit for missing pads. This is not how I have been treated previously

This had to be the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. First I reserved a U-Haul online the day prior. I showed up at 9:30am to pick up the RV. There was no one on site. I called the number and she said she was on her way but the actual guy who does the U-Haul rentals was 40+ minutes away. Once she got there she didn’t know what rental to give me and they didn’t know I reserved one online the day before. She took my credit card info down on a piece of paper to charge me later.. I didn’t like that. I left with no one to hook the trailer up to my truck or give me any confirmation papers of my rental. The whole place just felt weird. And of course, I have been charged double the amount of what the U-Haul website said I would be charged when I reserved it. Everyone needs to avoid this place... horrible.

The Mobil check in service didn’t work so I called this location and they helped me out. I was also not informed that there was a mileage restriction. It looks to be a flat fee on the web sight, and they didn’t say anything at the rental sight. I didn’t get a walk through of the truck for inspection and didn’t know to note the mileage. When I dropped off the truck, I was then informed I went over the allotted mileage and would be charged extra. It doesn’t seem very honest.

Great location to pick up equipment. Awesome staff, open 24 hours, and hamburger restaurant on site. Will definitely use this location in the future.
