They were no help at all, the guy who did the contract vanished, I was unable to hook up the lights, I called his cell phone twice, got v-mail and he never called back, also the rolling door on the trailer got stuck and still there was no one to help me, in their lot I decided to abandon the deal, left the thing there, I am out $30, that location sucks

It was not at all clear to me through the reservation process that I was selecting a "preferred" location. I filled out where I wanted to pick up the trailer, and got a confirmation. I showed up and they had no record of me. Turns out the confirmation was for a different location a few miles away. Not a big deal, and technically the email did show the new address, but that's not an expected outcome for an online reservation. Also my 8am-8pm reservation was confirmed and the place didn't open until 9am. I didn't know that until the day before when they left a voicemail (another opportunity to clarify the pickup location, but the person made no mention of anything out of the ordinary). I had to wait about 30 minutes during pickup because I was the 3rd person in line and there was only one guy working Uhaul stuff.

I received a text message confirming the drop off location but when we arrived the person behind the counter had no record of our dropping off the trailer at this location. I had to show him the text message. Very strange!

I will never use uhaul again. A company who charges $48 dollars for a 1/16 amount of fuel is not a company I will not do business with and will make sure everyone I know knows this. There are plenty of other company's to do business with. I made sure there was the amount of fuel in the tank and I left it with amount. Also contacting uhauls 1800 number for drop of location went unanswered after spending 20 min on hold with then. Poor business uhaul

Trailers need tinge jacks. Hurt my back trying to lift it onto my trucks ball.

Apparently they did not record that the u-haul unit was returned because I received a phone call this morning saying it was past due. I gave the caller the location where we returned it. We put the keys in the drop box. She said she would check into it. I never heard back as to whether or not it had been straightened out.
