Maria UOwner was smoking cigarettes in his building and it stunk Horribly. As soon as you open the door the smell of stale cigarette smoke hits you. As a non smoker I couldn't stand to be in the building due to the cigarettes' smell and cigarettes' smoke in the air.
Tera PAt this location not much to do when you already do it well. Customer s before me were from another country and the service they received were top notch. Brake down in communication did not stop the flow of patience and kindness they received !! My first choice when looking for a uhaul is Ada , Mn.
Sonia TI rented for pick up in Fargo and was assured pickup would be in Fargo where I live. Instead I had to eat 2 hours of gas because of UHauls poor management practices. Very bad experience.
Roger KI reserved an enclosed 6 x12 trailer and got a 5 x 9 open trailer.
Bill MRegarding equipment: one of the tires was bald. I told the employee hooking up trailer that the tire would not make it to WA state. They were not set up to put on a new tire at that location. I needed the trailer, so I took a chance on it. Had a flat at Fallon, MT. Did have timely repair service with a new tire. My advice: never send out a trailer or truck with a bald tire. Otherwise the trailer and the other three tires were in very good condition and the employees were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would rent through them again but would insist on tire relacement before leaving the lot.

Marilynn JThe gentleman that helped me was nice; however, I waited two hours for the truck to arrive. The truck share program may be great for an intown move, but it is not the best for out-of-town ESPECIALLY when you have to drive 180 miles out of the way to get a truck when it was expected to be only 60. Yes, I was allowed 2 extra days and some miles, I went directly to the place I was moving from to where I was moving to and no where else AND was still over on miles… I would have been under miles had I not had to drive the additional miles. Would I recommend UHAUL? No.

RONNIE SLocation was in the middle of nowhere. Not convenient for sending me to retrieve a truck from there. Not overly apparent as a uhaul location.

Grant WFind a dealer who actually wants to be a dealer. We seemed to bother him looking to pick up our uhaul. He also told us "he hates this uhaul crap"
Jason CThe Ada location as great, but I was really upset about the overall change. I had a reservation for Fargo, ND & I received a call the night before saying it was not available in the Fargo area. So I was forced to drive an extra 2 hour trip to pick up this trailer & was uncompensated for the major inconvenience of time. While the Ada location was great, I fault UHaul for not having an effective system to really track what inventory is where. I am going to caution people from renting from UHaul in the future.

Dale ATrailer door doesn’t allign with latch properly nor does rollup door open completely. The door opens 96% of the way.
Alexander AI wanted to pickup in Fargo but had to go to Ada which I didn't like. Nothing against the Ada location.....just was not handy for me
steve lPolitical propaganda on the walls and counter, including signs disparaging specific politicians and another which seemed to claim I was at risk of being shot for simply entering the business. Guy at the counter smoking cigars - in violation of state law.

RANDY RThe inside of the truck had pop spilled all over dash, console, and steering wheel so very sticky. The film on inside of window was so bad - I had to clean the windows twice in order to see out clearly.
