Confusing pick-up, even with the mobile app. Wasted my time and I picked up truck later than I was hoping. Truck was pretty beat up, low on gas, and smelled. Then the back door broke and wouldn't shut, and they couldn't even figure out how to fix it so I ended my rental early. I will like choose Penske or another location next time.Rachele A.

Keith and Kyle at Adam's and sons were fabulous. They were efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. My only concern was the cleanliness of the truck. Cigarette butts were left in the ashtray and gum left in the glovebox. The customer service was outstanding, these two gentleman explained the the truck and options to me and were thorough. Location was clean. Drop off after hours was a little tricky due to not knowing where to put equipment. Most equipment was locked up so you had to find a parking spot in the parking lot to park the equipment.William B.

I think with more experience and a little more sensitivity, to the clients lack of knowledge of the equipment, they will do better. Ultimately it is up to them. If they want to improve, or just see this as a cash grab. Things were not well explained and i felt like they couldn't get me out of there quick enough. They did help ,but i had to ask it was not offered. I did not trust the lady's knowledge that tried to help me. It would be easy for them to think i am being harsh ,but i am offering constructive criticism. The lady was kind and tried to help. To the man that worked there i can only offer that he was the one i was referring to when i mention this being a cash grab or a viable business.TOMMY H.

Left with flat not apparent until loaded. Wrong trailer pics for me to verify and wrong trailer number from contract. Trailer number on contract was RV 1307C and trailer number I had was RV 0431 F. Never leaving uhaul premises without using own tire gauge Stopped at 3105 N. Nevada Uhaul toagain inspect and air up again. Had to stop 3 more times, pay for air to finish my 2 hour trip. Not happy. 3105 N. Nevada Uhaul gets high marks for helping and being very user friendly!Troy R.
Trailer left with very low air in tire. Not apparent until loaded. Stopped 3 times in a 2 hour trip to air up tire so I didn't have tire failure in Denver which I was traveling through. 3 weeks prior had exact tire on a transport that forced me to swap out, tire couldn't be repaired. Got transport and 26ft truck in Colorado Springs also, 2 different places to complete order and UHaul on N.Nevada fixed my issues, very happy with them! I'll never leave uhaul premises without putting my own tire gauge to work. Shouldn't have to, but these experiences have taught me, trust yourself. High marks. to N. Uhaul system was having issues and cost me time I could have used for moving...I lost sleep staying up till 2 am to make up the time. The people on sight were working hard to solve the problems. They kept getting booted or inventory was not being tracked or both.James K.
