Uhaul website needs to be better. I had many issues logging in, having it recognize my location and completing self check in/out process online.

Figuring out how much gas to add to return the truck "1/2 full" is a pain in the butt. Why not change to,"Get it full - return it full"?

Anthony SchwabStaff at this location were very nice and made the return process easy! The Google directions were a little difficult for getting into this parking lot, to no fault of Additional Storage or Uhaul. I was coming from NE 112th Ave and was directed (by google maps) to take a left on to NE 28th St and then a left into the parking lot. There is no left turn from NE 28th St into the parking lot because there is a median in the road that one cannot cross to turn into the lot. This is no fault of uhaul, but if someone can contact Google maps in anyway to update the directions it would help others in the future. I will submit something to them as well!

I mean you would think that some mileage should be included in that price, like at least 10 miles Or possibly 20. Oh well it’s only money anyways. Thanks
Terence BowerI think that the people who work at Additional Self Storage are great! They're so helpful and courteous. I would definitely rent from them again. My only complaint would be that the truck's driver's door has to be slammed really, really hard to get it latched-- they need to fix that.

Also, I thought it was weird not having a rearview camera as I was mandated by the DOT department of transportation for normal cars the last 10+ years I guess not for rental passengers Vehicles.

Kevin RaneyThis is a two-part feedback: The Andresen location's customer service was not good. The truck wasn't available and I was instructed to pick it up at another location. I asked for the $50 "guarantee" refund. The individual didn't know who would be generating that and called the new location to verify. She was told that the Andresen location would apply the refund. When she got off of the phone she didn't know how to request the refund, and then told me that it would be done...for me to go pick up the truck at the Burton location. I asked for proof that I would in fact receive the refund. She got flustered and said that she knows it'll happen because she was looking at it on the screen. That couldn't have been the truth because she didn't do anything after getting off the phone. I reiterated that I needed a receipt before leaving the store. She rolled her eyes and asked for Maddison's help. I overheard her describe the situation as me being a trouble-customer, so I interrupted -- to expedite the true issue, reminding them that I was going to be late to the new location if the matter wasn't resolved quickly. Maddison pointed at me and with a raised voice said; "HOLD ON!" and continued listening to the individual (didn't get her name...Hispanic female). Maddison approached the computer at the counter and asked for my name and tele number. Only when my daughter walked up did Maddison drop her attitude, finally saying that she apologized for the truck not being available. I let her know that that actually wasn't my concern. She said, "What's your problem?!" I then said that I would be reporting her. She got real nice after that. -- Generated the refund, but couldn't print the receipt, and didn't know how to "prove" that it was requested. I asked if I could take a picture of the screen for proof of pending refund. I did. Shortly after leaving the store I received an E-mail with details of the generated refund. And so, all of that chaos, why? A bit of need-to-know training would have prevented the run-around. The originating location generates the refund. The refund receipt is automatically sent via E-mail to the customer. The customer isn't always right, but the customer is the one paying for the service and product. That is key. Personal employee-feelings really don't factor in, with preventable escalations... Part two: The Burton location had the truck waiting for me. Excellent customer service, but truck wasn't clean and the (immediate) prior customer's rental receipt was still in the truck. I have never had a similar experience with UHaul.
