The drop-off location was fine, but I was charged for an extra day of rental that i did not use. I rented the dolly on Thursday, February 8, and I dropped off the dolly on Saturday, February 10. Apparently someone decided that it should have been dropped off at a different location, so I was charged for the day that it was moved (February 12). I believe this day of rental ($21.76) should be refunded to me. Directions to drop it off at the other location were sent to me, but they arrived after I had already dropped off the dolly.

When I Picked up the truck it was covered in snow and took me 30 minutes to get it ready to go... other wise terrific service.

Take a photo of gas tank prior to use. We filled gas and left it at the same position as when we rented it slightly below a quarter of tank. They expected us to fill it past the quarter of tank and we were charged $66. Do a walk around, download the app and check for any damage etc. Take photos or just don't rent from them at all is the safest bet. We were told this after we had an issue and not at the time of rental. They state they always inform people of this but we did not hear of this until they called back when we had an issue. I will not use Uhaul service again.

This place was my drop off location but they really was probably unaware I was coming but I needed to get ride of trailer so I can move on since I needed to get the trailer turned in somewhere but was quick to get it recieved on Monday and send me the receipt

The truck I reserved was not available. I had to drive 80 miles round trip to use a truck from another location. I was still charged for that mileage even though those miles were uhaul's fault due to inability to provide the agreed upon vehicle at the agreed upon location. I am very disappointed at the lack of service in this regard.

The person working was on her phone the entire time, after waiting in lobby of office she looked my account up while on phone, told me I was good. Never got off phone which I felt was super rude, and it was clear she was talking to either relative or friend nothing about storage or u hauls.

Our reservation pickup location changed twice, and at the last minute we had to drive an hour out of our way each way to pickup our equipment.

Truck we received was horrible, it had front tire that made horrible noise and the tow light kept coming on when it wasn’t suppose too, very old truck to use to travel long distances it should only be used as local town to town moving. We told the guy at the place we picked it up but he just basically blew us off and said if we had any problems on the way to let him know hortible thing to say if we were broke down on the pass!!!

While my experience with Adele’s was great the overall uhaul experience sucked. You guys made a reservation for me when the equipment wasn’t even available anywhere near where I wanted to pickup. I had to drive 5 hours out of my way to pickup a trailer that had been reserved for me down the street.

It was Sunday. Closed. Uhaul wants to charge me more money for a truck that won't be rented back out until the day or who knows when. Not happy about that! More gas than required left in tank and left at drop-off cleaner than we we given. I need excellent explanation for why extra money is desired.

The air conditioner went out on our second travel day but there was no way for these folks to know that would happen. It was a new truck, with only 20k miles. Uhaul roadside assistance is pathetic. They expected us to sit around on the side of the highway in 90+ degree heat and wait, for who knows how long, for them to find someone to check out the ac which was not possible due to our timeframe for arriving, unloading and returning the truck. Then, trying to get Uhaul to compensate for the inconvenience was a nightmare. A lot of double talk, unreturned calls, and ultimately connecting me to Travis, who has no customer service skills. He claimed he had no boss to answer to and he was the final stop. Pretty unbelievable that I made it from a customer service agent directly to the top of the organization to settle my claim. He only wanted to give me 1/5 of what Mrs. Rogers offered. She apparently did not put it in the notes or he did not read them as he claimed he did. Thankfully he honored her offer. The Uhaul dealers were outstanding. The Uhaul experience with Uhaul is not one I want to experience again, especially if Travis is the head of customer experience.

We were only supposed to rent our unit for 4-6 months max... 2 years later we just moved out (thanks to COVID delays on our shop). The office ladies were always so nice and helpful when I called! They even caught our unit being left unlocked one day after my husband had been in it. They called right away to let me know he had forgotten to slide the bar over before putting the locks on. I would recommend them 100% if you can get on their waiting list! Reasonable price for the size we had and they offer a discount if you pay 3 months at a time. The move out process was simple! I wasn't able to drop the lock off before they closed but they have a mailbox at the office that it could be placed in which saved me from having to make an additional trip up there. Definitely 10/10.

At this location, I reserved a storage unit for about 6 months, I rented a truck for a day, and I closed out my storage unit. It was all a piece of cake! Super friendly people, easy online payment system, ridiculously simply close-out. They need one of those buttons ~ That was easy!

I called one day to see when my bill was due I knew I was either 2 months or one month ahead with moving I unfortunately lost track...the gal was extremely nice told me I was a month ahead and was ready to go!about 5min later I get a call from her saying their was a mistake I ask her to explain it and a man takes over the phone (jeff) starts questioning me why I think I was a month ahead and and if I was why would I be.he counties to tell me how im late and owe several late few in a extremely unprofessional tone..I told him I would just pay it but he was wrong....he calls me back to inform me that I was indeed a month ahead and asked me not to pay early again because it confuses him he never apologized or anything!!!
