Truck had no interior lights had to use flashlights to load unload and night. Brought back truck a day early and was charged for all three days

they need to check and walk their customer to show any damage or explain everything,, i got charged for dolly and furniture pads which we never use it..he told me the seal is broke, so what is he telling im a lier,, he said he had picture, ok show me the photo of it with broken seal with the time and date on a photo..I dont care about the charge anymore but dont tell me I lie because i swear we never use it...i just dont want an arguement so you can keep the charge but im not gonna use or recommend this place to a friend anymore..bloomingdale Thank you for choosing U-Haul! Your order number is : 89989017. Your rental is due back in 23 hours at 11:00am EDT. Your drop-off location is ADVANCE AUTOMOTIVE located at 301 E US HWY 80, BLOOMINGDALE GA. I returned it June 1 around 6:49 pm I believe if it is broken the previous customer might used it before us,, and I didn't check it also but they have to show that to the customer is their responsibility to show and explain it..like the other Uhaul place.

This is no fault of the pick up location. They did a great job of getting the necessary vehicle and Dollie we needed. The problem comes with the reservation system. We made a reservation only to find out when we were on our way to pick up the truck that they had nothing for us. The woman to whom we spoke was very polite and she did her best to find another nearby location which she eventually did. We detoured to the “new location” only to find out that they had nothing available as well. It was only by sheer chance and the help of the folks at the pick up location did we manage to get the truck we needed. Your reservation system is broken! Putting the burden of jumping through all the hoops and dealing with irate customers in the hands of the people who had nothing to do with the process to begin with. I have no doubt that it is difficult to track all of your vehicles plus the fact that people will turn in late etc. but this was a true failure.

The person who I had the encounter with was rude on the phone and in person. I want to say he was the owner. He more involve in fixing some car in the back instead of helping me.

I would recommend the location because of the convenience and being located close to I16. The site is more more like a mechanic shop. The guy inside just told us where to park it and leave the key on the counter. Luckily I knew how to use the app for completing the necessary requirements
