Bad muffler or exhaust pipe causing the mileage to go to around 7.5 mpg, very costly for the 171 mile trip, took 21.5 gallons for the trip along with driver door being bent and having to slam it a couple times to get it closed. Funny part is it had a Uhaul passed inspection sticker and person who did inspection. So I probably won't go there again and may not use Uhaul again, there are other companies out there. About a 5 hour rental for 171 miles and 15 for the insurance was around $181, and the gas was $72 for the trip. Way to much gas for the vehicle, should've been around $35-$40 because most of it Hwy.

Augustin ZThe staff here was helpful, but the Uhaul process itself was a mess, confusing, and irritating. The staff here were not aware we would be dropping off. Again, this was not the drop-off site I chose online, but we were redirected there on the day of the move. It was not helpful or convenient on what was already a busy, stressful day.

AMON TThe location was great. The U-Haul App, however, SUCKS. Freezes, lags, doesn't complete the pickup/return process but then just registers as picked-up or returned even though all the info/photos weren't entered. Multiple errors, had to reset the app several times before I got it to take. The website is just as bad.

Ronald CThankfully the owner of the location was there otherwise we wouldn't have been able to access the keys to the truck. The code that the Uhaul website provided was a number code and the lock was a word code. We waited for a half hour on the phone and simultaneously using the chat feature. We spoke to one person on the phone and the person over the chat feature seemed condescending. Neither person helped us. To clarify, this is NOT a reflection on Advanced Autoworks. I have used their uhaul services before and have been very happy. This is the first time I have used the online service at their location (I HAVE used it elsewhere), and I was very unhappy. Thankful the owner stopped by!

Andrew BUsed after-hours drop off. Would have been nice if your system automatically sent text or email confirming that I dropped vehicle off at location at the time of drop off. I did receive confirmation first thing in the morning.... but it would be nice to know immediately that your system recognized my location.

Victor GI’ve rented quite a few vehicles from uhaul and this was the worst one I’ve ever used. The brakes were really bad and when you were stopping you had to put both hands on the steering wheel because of the terrible vibration that was occurring. I have to rethink about ever using this company again I know that they don’t care what is reported I bet they rented it out right after I left
