Must be careful, there are hidden fees behind the contract. I rented a 10’ box truck for 8 miles trip in a hour, was charged 4 gal gas fee for $17, plus service fee for $30, plus environmental fee for $1, plus rental taxes...... These fees didn’t show up in the rental contract.

the employee just took the key never checked the truck in while I was there.The result was all messed up. I brought the truck back with 1/2 tank full. I was billed 42 dollars for fuel after I already put 40 dollars worth of gas in it. invoice stated it only had 1/4 of a tank. I would not recommend this location to anyone. also waiting for a refund.

The agent in Aberdeen pick-up location had a very tough situation on her hands because the U-Haul system was down. She persisted and tried multiple times until the computer finally accepted the check out. Thank you so much for the professional help!

We had , affordable calling make deals and uhaul calling at the same time. We paid on line and then got smaller truck and got charged again with out authorizing a payment. With both payments added up does not total what uhaul advertised. Was not charged when returner uhaul. I filed complaint and waiting for a return call.

I am not a complainer, or person who writes bad reviews anywhere, or habitually gives bad feedback but I'm glad I received this email in regard to my UHaul experience. - Pick up was friendly and fast. However, drop off was a nightmare. I was confronted outside after telling the woman at the location, that I would be in to see her after I put a box in my SUV. She said, "did you pay cash when you picked up your rental?" I replied, "yes." She then stated that I should have never done that, as she walked in the building. I finished what I was doing at my vehicle, and went inside the office. She then said again, "ok, so did you pay cash when you picked up your rental?" I said again, "yes".. in a rude tone she said, "well that's a brand new van! You shouldn't have done that! You shouldn't have been able to pay cash and leave with it! We don't take cash for rentals here!" I said, "well the woman that checked me in offered for me to pay cash, after she called UHaul and talked to someone. I then paid cash, finished the process and left." The woman (being extremely rude) said, "well, you shouldn't have done that, you owe me $36.97!" So I said, "can you tell me what that's for?" She then says (still being extremely rude) "did you pay $100 cash?" ** I'm thinking, first of all, I already answered that question more than once.. also, there was $100 I left here when I picked up the rental. Did you not know where that $100 came from the other day? I said (again), "yes I paid $100 cash" she then says, well there's xxx miles and xx tax etc. (being extremely rude and condescending). I had 1 visa card with me at the time and said, "hold on a few minutes and I'll have some cash transferred to this visa, and you can run the payment." She then get's another person in the office who she was rude to as well. That person left. I told her to go ahead and run my visa and gave it to her. She then puts the info in to her computer. Then (without saying anything to me) puts my credit card info in to her phone. I was on the phone with my office at the time, but I watched where my card info was going.. She slammed it on the desk a few times, and turned it over to get the CVV off the back, slamming it down each time she turned it over (being even more rude). She then calls UHaul and tells a woman there that the payment wouldn't work. A gentleman walks in the office with his kids and sits down. She then tells the person who is on speaker phone, my credit card information (more than once) while this other person is sitting there with his kids listening. The payment finally goes through, I take my card and leave. **I'm on standby with the WA Nat Guard for hurricane Dorian approaching FL right now and was on the phone with my unit while this interaction was happening and had to head home quickly to prepare. I work with the public, as well as our corporate partners and corporate clients on a daily basis for my civilian job, overseeing the West Coast, and Western Canada. At no time is i
