The girl at your front desk, whom I learned by listening to her talk on her phone while I was trying to start my rental is a waitress at a bar and was called in at 2pm the day before for her Sunday shift. She had me scan a code to start the process of getting the truck but in all reality she had no idea what she was doing. The code she let me scan off her computer was the code that let me into the UHaul system, I could see EVERYONES rental for the next coming month, there payment details and contact information. Half way trying to figure this all out she answered another telephone call that lasted a good minute. My wife and I were required to cancel our entire appointment and start over because of her. Worst experience with UHaul in my life. To add fire to the mess she didn't have her mask on the entire 1hr I was inside.

The vehicle had not been 'checked-in' from prior renter. Fuel was at 5/16 tank; the key was not in the locked box (the staffer from Affordable Family Storage after several calls to her superior and UHaul finally found it in the key return lock box). Most annoying part was the attitude of the staffer. First, she would not even acknowledge me when I entered the office. Then she told me she/AFS had nothing to do with the UHaul rentals. She finally helped me but only begrudgingly. Not a good experience at all.

I got over charged, told to return the Uhaul I had to go online which they had zero records of me renting the Uhaul, customer service wait time was 35 minutes, they said the online return was simple but yet I punched in my number 3 times created a log in and still had no records or wouldn't let me return online so they charged me a late fee and I rented it for 3 hours total and the gave me a small Uhaul but charged me $110!!! CROOKS!! I'll never use Uhaul again and most people that helped said they will not as well. You guys make your money by over charging people and lying

I am still awaiting a call back from more than 24 hours ago from a manager. This location put me in a truck that they knew was in need of repair and jeopardized myself and my sister's safety. We will not ever again use nor recommend this location. It truly makes uhaul look and seem terrible as a company.

I called into U-Haul to place my order so that I would not have any mix ups. I ordered a truck and a dolly. Upon arrival, they told me they didn't have Dolly's at their location. I feel that I should have been informed of this sooner as I went expecting to pick up both a truck and dolly. I don't feel that I should have to drive to multiple locations to pick up my “order”.

Make sure the drop box is checked when keys are put in when the business is closed returning the uhaul. I would also recommend checking the uhaul and remove the previous persons left behind belongings. Make sure the person at the establishment has training to check out the uhaul in a timely fashion.
