U-Haul changed our pick up location. This was far away in Friday evening traffic. They are a used car lot, not a U-Haul location. They didn’t have shipping blankets we ordered. No hand truck. We wanted to buy a hitch but they don’t have them so we had to go to an auto parts place. They don’t have trailer light adapter so we had to go back to the auto parts place. The office smells of cigar smoke.

They charged me for the wrong mileage It was not the mileage when I first started my trip but they out a different mileage and charged me for almost 100 miles when I only went 33. I want to speak to someone about this!!
