Filling the truck with fuel was a 35 to 40 minute endeavor. And yes, the engine was off - I read the sign on the truck. No matter how slow the attempt, the filler tube shut off the pump at about 1/5 of a gallon or less over and over for the entire time it took to fill the truck twice. I estimate that it is entirely possible that this extra time required to fill the truck twice caused an extension of the return until after office hours closed. In other words, it is possible this caused me to return it over an hour late and incur another day of rental and tax. Not really pleased about that. I guarantee you the next time I will immediately test the fill tube and return the truck for a refund and delay whatever I had planned to move.

The company kept the hold on my card for 4 days which lead to double payment. It created multiple overdrafts. The front desk person at the location was beyond rude and called me repeatedly after I hung up on her. This location has horrendous customer service. Uhaul should do something about the belligerent, disrespectful employee at this location.

First, our appointment was at 9:00, and no one was there. We sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the woman showed up and she didn't even apologize! Second, I paid for everything ahead of time online and then she charged me another $14 for insurance. Why did I have the option online if I was just going to be made to pay it when I got there? She did not even explain. After the move, all of our stuff had ants on it because the truck was not clean and there were ants everywhere in it. Then after drop off we get charged another $25 and it was never explained to us why, we assume we used more miles than we were given. But we were only given 44 miles when our moving place is about 35 miles away! Is there no wiggle room to actually let us drive to our house to load up and drive to the gas station to put gas in?? No, there's not. So we will never be using Uhaul again. We went from paying 98 to about $150 for no reason. Ridiculous

The young man behind the counter was very helpful. He apologized for our wait, as the truck we were renting had just been returned and was being checked back into service. He was actually able to help us save some money by having us drop off the truck at a major hub.

I was charged for a hand truck didn't get it..10.00$ I told the sale associated when I came back.. He told me it would be taking off....walk out the store look at my receipt . I was still being charged...he started he couldn't make the change. Manager had to do it... I look at account..not only did the manager charge my account but reverse And charge so many time they lock my account. not happy....who can I speak to concerning this problem

We paid for the haul and even came back to put the approbate amount of gas in it to avoid a charge. This was on 9 April 2019. We were told we were good to go and paid. Today, 23 April 2019 there was a draft for 92.95 which included a LATE CHARGE of 30.00 even though U-Haul obviously had our account information. I received NO email, phone call or letter from U-Haul. I have disputed this charge and the late fee since U-Haul has all my info, I'm not sure what you're attempting but I am not happy and I will be reporting this to the BBB. Absolutely unprofessional, I do a lot of self moving due to being active duty and I will let my C.O. and my fellow soldiers know what you have done. Colleen Kiefer 470-402-9217
