Wasn’t explained the procedure for returning the truck. I did use the truck share application, and wasn’t aware that pictures needed to be taken of various parts of the truck during the return. I had an emergency that I had to attend to, so I dropped the truck and left, and was going to complete the return process in the car on my way to the emergency. I could not complete the process due to the pictures being required, or you could not proceed in the process, and was charged a $20 convenience fee. I had the required pictures, but there is no ability to upload a photo. Due to this, I would not recommend, nor will I ever use uhaul in the future. I also couldn’t use the truck for four hours of my rental period due to inclement weather. So I was charged an extra $59 for the hours that I couldn’t use truck. Just not customer friendly whatsoever. The truck share program is a joke because they can still charge you for things that you didn’t do. Save your money and forget uhaul. What a waste of my time and money.

Valerie was very courteous and very helpful during our use of the storage unit. She was always accommodating when we had a request.
Once we moved into our new home and periodically transferred boxes from the unit to our new home, we had no need of a storage unit. Everything has been absorbed into our new home.

I would not us the curbside pickup as Uhual.com is rather difficult to use. Thank god for Valarie, she helped us so much & is the sweetest lady. She made sure we got the truck on time and made the process easier!

Not sure if this is across all Uhaul equipment, but the side mirrors were not adjustable on this truck. They were not ideally positioned so driving was a bit precarious.

The office lady opened a few minutes early for us. She was super nice and had everything ready. I forgot my car keys and she called me right away before I got too far away and she even stood out by road so I wouldn't have to pull all the way in with the truck. Very nice

I needed a 15 foot max and was given a 20 foot. It cost me $50 in gas. Was not happy about the unneeded larger truck.

The truck share online program doesn’t work right. I got a screw in my tire at the pick up location and ended up with a flat tire on my personal vehicle that I had to fix in addition to trying to move my stuff. One of the women who work there called me at 3:00 to see if I would bring back the equipment even though I had it rented until 4:00 because another customer had already shown up to get the rental. It wasn’t a good experience and only caused stress to ensue overall.

I do not understand why a partial refund is not offered when the equipment is returned a day early and under the mileage allotted. I believe refunds should be offered if the vehicle was re-rented to someone else if returned more than 24 hours in advance.

I rented a 20' truck. The location was clean and Valerie was pleasant and knowledgable. After loading the truck and on my way. I found that the truck pulled to the right while driving. Also pulled to the right hard while braking. The front suspension/tires felt rough. Check engine light came on. For all the people that have issues with equipment or are not sure if there may be an issue , tell the location when you drop the equipment off at, so as other renter's don't get faulty equipment.

I had to visit 3 different locations to get a rental trailer - made a reservation for a motorcycle trailer and the first location was closed early - was sent to another location and it was basically a junk yard and the 3rd location only had an enclosed trailer so instead of it costing me $20 it cost me $70 - The location I picked up from was good just didn't want to spend that much more.
