The first location (1460 E Main St, Bartow) that I was given should be closed; it is in a very physically dangerous area, run down, beat up, and - despite having a reservation - the guy running it was not there! Thank you for reservation guarantees! This new location was much better and the man working there went out of his way to give good service. Definitely recommend this one!

I was told only after asking had they had any problems with this truck they said they had had some air conditioning issues and they had filled it with freon but driving the truck I started experiencing a shrill noise under the hood the air conditioner compressor was making noises and it started cutting in-and-out hot and cold tried to report it when I came home that night after I turned in the truck and the woman's that answered the phone for Uhaul had a" I don't give a shit attitude" but I did report it to the person at Affordable Self Storage where I had rented the truck from, Also reported that the windshield wipers were no good and needed to be changed got caught in a rain storm and could hardly see though the windshield... Other than that the truck drove fine to and from my destination.

This place was the 3rd option on Google. It should be no.1 in Bartow, FL 33830 I called the first place, a tire place they could give a crap about renting me anything. She talked me right out of renting from them The second place was Jon motel. That is a creepy place. I arrived at 3:45 open sign lit, I rang bell no answer. There were no less than 25 black kids running around they told me they were mostly there after dark. The voodoo signs above the door told me to call no. 3 A delightful experience, the attendant was cooperative and attentive to my needs., When renting a U Hail in Bartow; only one choice for me. Great experience very happy with no. 4 that was really no.1 in my book
