The U-haul person where I picked my vehicle was very helpful to get me the rental I needed and made the pick-up local. It was all in my favor in the end. Didn't really need a big U-haul but I was quoted a price and got all I needed to make the move!!

I dropped a U-Haul trailer off at the Greybull U-Haul rental station. The attendant was friendly and helpful and they've got a cool little store. I would highly recommend U-Haul in Greybull Wyoming

We just needed a trailer for a short haul. They were very accommodating and pickup was easy. The location was convenient and they made the whole process easy.

The location is never open when I drop off but there is no other location available near by.
I did not appreciate the extra charges for being late on drop off when I lost over 2 hours on the front end of the move because trucks were not available at a local uhaul. Instead I had to drive more than 140 miles round trip to get my trucks and even then I had to get trucks from 2 different locations.

Uhaul gave another customers truck to us when we arrived. I can imagine the people who showed up the next day was pissed. Uhaul is awful.

My original reservation was from Buffalo, WY. However, the day before my reservation date, they rented the trailer. I had to drive 250 miles round trip to get the closest one. What good is a reservation with U-Haul?
