Terrible customer service for this location with absolutely no signage as to where to park truck and leave key. The key box and parking lot are snuggly behind a barb wire fence. No code was given and no number to call. Left truck in front of this business and was sent a text message the next day that the truck would be towed and I would be liable. THANK GOD UHAUL CORPORATE COULD HELP ME OUT. If corporate would not of helped I would have lost all of my mind.JOSEPH N.

Self check in was a problem as you can't get vehicle through the gate for the final pictures. Not having anyone there on a weekday afternoon will keep me from returning here next month.Ronald G.

Everything was smooth. Very fortunate the representative when I checked out the equipment provided the gate code or I would not have been able to return the trailer outside of normal business hours. My understanding was that the app should have provided the code - it did not.Rob B.
The proprieter was helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain the rental and return process. And I would do business with her store again and recommend her to anyone who asked. The truck was cleani inside and out. Clearly someone took the time to get it so clean. However, the tires on the truck looked old and did not have much tread on them. It made me a little nervous , because I had to depend on them to hold up for a 300 mile trip.ROBERT ALAN G.

U-Haul customer service was awful. Had to be on hold 30-45 minutes each time I called. The online chat was just as bad. I reserved a truck at one location for it not to be there... was re routed to a U-Haul many miles away from me. I had issues returning it because I was on hold AGAIN... probably will not rent from U-Haul again because of these issues. Get it together U-Haul.stephanie F.
Charged an after-hours drop off fee, I returned the trailer at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Why would U-Haul allow this company to charge their customers a fee for daytime drop offs. I cannot help it that this storage facility closes at 1:30 pm.Kenneth J.

When I arrived at the drop off location the gate was locked, and I didn't have a access code, and there wasn't any instructions on how to get a code, and how to return your uhaul equipment.Alexis O.

Be up front on the cost per mile, $150 for 4 hours was highway robbery, especially in these troubled times. I feel you took advantage of me as a customer... I will not use Uhaul for any further moving needs. I have used Uhaul for more than 20 years , and this was my first really poor experience, but will definitely be my last, because I will not use again. What is sad, is I worked for Uhaul for many years , and met Joe Showen 15 years ago, I am sure he wouldn't approve of this !!!!David R.

Problem wasn't with the rental location. It was with the reservation. they pointed out that I had the truck for like 10 days for a overnight trip of 55 miles. As a result when I turned the truck in the day following my picking it up I got charged an extra $10+ for driving more than the 30 miles allocated on the order. Why did you only give me 30 miles and so many days????????????robert B.
