I drove 2 hours to get my truck to have one day to Move. They cancelled my reservation and said my truck was cancelled. Then the manager of AJs said he couldn't do anything about so I had to call uhaul back to reinstall my reservation.KIMBERLIE F.

The fact that I could not choose my drop off location, and not knowing where the location was until I arrived at my destination made the drop off inconvenient. It lead to confusion on my part. I originally requested a self-serve/rent location and once I got there the Broadway location in Sacramento, CA no longer has this mobile check-in to rent a uhaul. I had with me all the information needed. When we got to the location, the place was closed but that was not the issue and the location online is listed as a self-check out location. The only employee that was still around said they used to have that option but it got broken into too many times. I had to contact customer service and the lady changed my reservation to a different location. I then had to get another Uber to take me to new location. It was all a mess and I learned from this experience. Never again will I used mobile check-in as when I got to the new location, the website uhaul.com/share was saying that I was not at the correct location even though the gas attendant/owner said I was at the right place. He found my reservation and I go out of your website. I got the uhaul and moved, 1 hour later!Refugio G.
I called the morning of my reservation to say I would be late. The person that answered the phone just said, â€œHello?â€ So I didn't even know if I was calling the correct place or not. I let him know my name and reservation and said I would be late, he just said â€œokâ€. Then when I asked what time the closed, he said 10 PM. I then asked to make sure I was calling the correct place and he confirmed. Very unprofessional. When I got to the pick up point, the guy told me someone should have called me because their trucks were unavailable. Mind you, it's pouring rain outside. I get to the next destination, the guy is very rude saying I was late and hopefully they still have a truck for me. I had to call another guy who, again reminded me I was late. He brought the truck to me while I waited in a gas station with no seating. It was just a horrible experience altogether.Jessica P.

This location isn't very clear that it is a uhaul location it is just a gas station. It didn't feel like we were working with a uhaul representative, just a gas station owner.Breann R.

It was a little confusing at first - I didn't understand that the location was a licensed drop-off location versus a full-fledged U-Haul location. The owner of the location was great and so was Bob, U-Haul's rep. Once on site, everything made sense and was very simple.Alan A.
