First off they are a 3rd party partner located at a corner store/smoke shop, there was no one at the counter to assist when I walked in and most importantly the truck rental I received was absolutely DISGUSTING. The cabin was not clean by any means and to make matters worse upon opening the box of the truck it was infested with German cockroaches. I felt it was insanely unsanitary to put my belongings inside the truck as there was a fear of transferring the infestation from the truck onto my belongings in storage. I was unable to even complete my moving tasks that day and instantly took the truck back to be returned. 0 out of 5 stars, hands down. Terrible to say the least.
Malik WarnerThe drop-off process was easy considering we were after hours. The online process to check the truck in was easy. My answers are a little conflicting because it was a sketchy area and after hours was a little scary, to be honest. I don't know how it is during the day and we didn't deal with any personnel since they were closed. I would recommend the location based on ease of return, but I don't know the check-out process if you are renting from that location.

Christopher CannonThis location did not have the rental ready on time. We were refuse service originally because the person that takes care of U-Haul was gone for the day. We left & were able to call U-Haul and get in contact with customer service just to be told to turn around and go back to the pick up location. When we arrived a second time, we were refuse service again because the person was gone. U-Haul tried to give us the information to the lockbox, but the lockbox was behind a locked counter which that person had the keys to. Additionally, the clerk took pictures of my drivers license with his personal cell phone and sent to a text message to his manager. I advised him I was not OK with the picture he was taking and he did it anyway and claimed he deleted the picture. I told him my drivers license information was on the U-Haul app, and he still proceeded to take the picture and send it to an unknown person, whom I have never had contact with. This service station definitely receives a poor poor rating. Poor judgment from the staff, there was no protection of customer personal information. My drivers license is on someone’s iCloud information.

Finally one of the guys there got me in touch with owner. He said he had reservations for the equipment on property but referred us to another location. The guy at that location was very nice and helpful.

Patti ConlinDEEP CLEANING US VERY NECESSARY!!!! THE TRUCK SMELLS LIKE A DEAD BODY WAS TRANSPORTED IN THE RENTAL!!!! I'M HAD NO CHOICE DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE DRIVING FROM A DISTANCE TO PICK UP THE RENTAL, STUCK IN TRAFFIC AND HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO BRING ME THERE. . IT WAS 6 PM AND OTHER U-HAULS WAS CLOSED AND NO ONE WAY TRUCKS AND I HAD TO Move NY THINGS ACROSS TOWN WITH MY BELONGINGS AND HAD TO THROW AWAY FOOD BECAUSE THE STENCH IS STILL IN MY NOSE. THE LADY THAT RENTED THE TRUCK SAID SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BUT OFFERED A CAN OF FREEBREEZE. THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT I COULD NOT TAKE THE FOUR DOLLAR CAN OF SPRAY WITH ME. WITH 6 MILES AND HAD TO PURCHASE GAS FOR THE U-HAUL, BLEACH WIPES AND CAR DEODORIZERS THAT DIDN'T WORK. I ALSO TOLD HET THAT IT LOOKS LIKE RAT IR RABBIT FECES IN THE CUP HOLDER AND TOLD THE YOUNG MAN WORKING AT THE FRONT COUNTER. HE WENT OUT AND TOOK THE CRAP OUT WITH HIS HAND'S!!!! I WAS SOOOO UPSET I RAISED UP THE DOOR IN THE BACK OF THE U-HAUL AND IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEARED OR CLEANED OUT!!!! I DAMN NEAR DROPPED TO THE GROUND MAD!!!!!! TO PAY OVER $140 FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. MY SISTER MEET ME AT THE GAS STATION AND PASSED BY THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW AND SAID DAMN!!!! WHAT IS THAT SMELL!!!!! I'M 50 YEARS S OLD AND HAS RENTED MANY U-HAULS THROUGHOUT MY LIFE AND THIS WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

Jessica BriwnI told the lady that the truck was having hard time starting that it sounded like battery but she said it needed to be ran so I took it and when I got to my destination it wouldn't start any more, I went back to store and told her and she told me to carry jumper cables so I asked her about other truck she had on property and she said to take that one and boost other truck but when I got in truck the check engine light was on so I asked if I could take battery out and put in other truck so she said yes and I took out myself and went and put in other truck. She never apologized or gave any discount for the work I had to do in both vehicles!!!

Check what they have for rental before assuming. The tank was not full, so it was bit difficult for us to give back the vehicle with same level of fuel or close.
