Nothing could be worse. 6 people in 3 cars renting 3 trailers. You would think she would have waited on us first. We were there 1 hr 45 minutes to drop off a trailer. One employee - a young petite female. Definitely having problems getting these trailers hooked up toe the cars. My husband offered to help. Lifting the tongue of the trailer something popped in his leg. The employee and 2 of the other customers heard it. He has a torn hamstring muscle. The local outlet graciously gave me the 800 number where I waited for 18 minutes 43 seconds before I hand up. My husband is one crutches for indefinite period. This is inexcusable. Could not get the key out of the lock box so I had everybody waiting at my house for two hours before the location opened so I can go get my keys waited in line for another half an hour before I was even helped I move around a lot due to work and usually always use U-Haul I am definitely rethinking that after this experienceSherry B.

You people need to call me. I have tried to contact you and it is impossible. You have my account and the billing so screwed up it is pathetic. If you don't straighten this out I will start a dispute with my credit card co. And you won't get anything. If a person reserves packing blankets they should be available upon pick up. If packing blankets aren't available a person should be notified so they can make other arrangements. Major inconvenience!!!Charles C.

When my truck broke down. The dude took forever to fix the truck. He literally told me that he was running the hours up so he could get a bigger check. Then He called in an outside source and the guy fixed it in 20 minutes. I lost a whole day of packing the truck and travel because of this joke of a company.Joshua T.

Have some customer service! When a customer reserves a truck , you should make a effort to get the truck closer for pickup and NOT have the customer drive 6 hours. Your people at the regional office don't give a damn about your customers in the way they talk and treat people . I will never use you trucks again .MARK M.
We had to drive 3 hours to pickup our truck and the trailer was another 5 minutes away. Why couldn't U Haul made sure both where at the same location. The truck had a quarter tank of gas and the trailer had nails in two tires. There was one employee at the Aurora center that helped by getting us another trailer.His name was Ivan like the terrible. We did have to trans- load our stuff but didn't have to wait 2 or 3 hours for a service person.Robert D.

The woman at AJ was VERY rude after my husband stood in line for 30- 45 minutes told him he had to get out of line make an appointment. My husband called got an appointment after sitting on hold for a bit and then got back in line stood behind 4 people which again took more time and then the woman proceeded to charge me another full day because we were late returning the truck, part of the reason we were late was that we had to clean out the truck of somebody else's stuff, good thing we did or she woulf gave charged me for that too! We had also arranged for a friend to pick up my husband but the man ended up in the hospital with what we believe as either cancer or a bowl obstruction so my husband had to get our truck get our trailer put a car on it preposition the car at the AJ rental come all the way back and get the truck To return it. So. So we ended up which what should have been about an hour late over 2 hours late so she charged me another full day So not only did you people charge me $200 more just for the same rental and then tell me well it's supply and demand but now you charged me another full day I think this is a crudy way to do business. I still have another rental that I need to do but I'm not so sure I'll do it with you all again. I am very sure that this is probably a waste of my time filling this out because you guys aren't gonna do anything about it, But maybe just maybe you can get that woman and Scott's bluff a little customer service training.KELLY S.

They tried to bill me for mileage. They wouldn't look at my contract when I rented vehicle. They said everyone paid mileage . Finally they didn't charge me.Roger P.
They messed up our reservation then gave us a smaller truck than what we needed but had the vehicle we needed on site that wasn't used at all but they said it was not available. Would never use Uhaul again due to the stress and anguish caused. Then charged us more than what we had reserved months in advance! Would never recommend this location or Uhaul.Michael P.

Make sure when reservations for your products all are at same location and where the reservations was placed for. Customer shouldn't have to travel 3 hours from original reservation point to go to two select places to pick up rentals.Jacquelyn W.

The drivers seat could be replaced in that unit. It's really broke down on the right side. It causes the driver a bit of an issue.JASON R.
1st time renter,used the trailer as my storage shed on a construction project. I drove it maybe 2 miles. They kept being vague on pricing, like I was being played. I called to find out how much it would cost to keep it a day or two longer and they said maybe $10 dollars a day. So when I turned it back in they charged me around $80 more dollars??? And some how the safeTow coverage went from $8 to $56 on a trailer that I put 2 miles on. The whole experience felt like a scam if this is common business practice it's one and done for me. If friends, family or I ever need to rent something again I will tell them anyone but U-haul.Bryan G.

I was doing paperwork. My husband who had a stroke was asked to hook it up. I overheard and told him that all the times I used trailers that they were hooked up and inspected. He replied he could the first time but after that it's our responsibility. When I got it home to start loading, there were 2 carts and a yellow in the back. My husband said the guy didn't lift it , so he didn't realize they were in it. We told to take it to Tecumseh NE location. He returned it and they no longer accept uhaul equipment. He then returned it to Auburn only to find building had burned down. He ask locals where to take it and finally got it returned. The 2 dollies and rolling cart took up a lot of space I needed and had to return it elsewhere took up extra time and expense. Quite a run around. Very frustrating.GLORIA L.

If you take a reservation you should honor it. I had to drive 200 miles one way from Nederland Colorado to Scottsbluff NE to get a trailer because YOU cancelled my reservation 2 days before pickup. Who in their ever loving right mind would take more reservations than equipment? The pick up and drop off places were great, but U-Haul of Colorado is a joke and it probably applies U-Haul nationally.Phil W.
We had to fill gas tank back to 5/8ths of a tank ,gas gage had a delay and filled it clear full,asked the place we dropped it off for reimbursement. We where told good luck to call corporate office , he could do nothing about it. Some one owes me a refund.pS when we rented trailer it had a handcart in it no mention if that.It was rolling around in back insured. They cannot seem to track their equipment. They supposedly had two appliance dollies in stock but were unable to locate either. I had to essentially hunt one up myself using 'traffic', which was no help because they referred me to the dealer who couldn't find their equipment. Traffic then referred me to another uhaul location, and this person couldn't get me a dolly but helped me hunt one up with another dealer. Seems to me the first dealer should have done that.alan S.

The drop off location was hidden, there wasn't a key drop off so I had to drive around to the front of the business and still found no key drop box. There was however a metal crate that was labeled rental drop box, but it wasn't locked so it seemed as though it wasn't the right place to put keys.Garrett T.

Trailer had come back from previous rental damaged.... Bryant did a great job of pointing damage out and made sure this was documented. Trailer was returned dirty on previous rental and Bryant cleaned it out for us. He did a great job!Eric M.
