The truck had a lot of food crumbs in the cup holders and there was trash in the floor. It was not properly cleaned and I'm sure not disinfected which in the midst of a pandemic is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioner only worked part of the time despite being set to max AC. The customer service was terrible. It seemed to be an inconvenience that asked to rent a truck and when I didn't understand the online walk around I was told that sometimes it helps to read the instructions. The tone of the comment was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there.

I never actually dealt with the employees at the facility. My pick up time was before they opened and drop off after they close, which is beneficial to someone with a busy schedule. The only issues I had was with the website and trying to secure the truck and then getting to the truck when it was time to pick it up, using the phone app. The truck was behind the gate and I had no way to get to it. Obviously, it got worked out through contacting staff through the website. Those staff members that I dealt with were extremely helpful throughout this process. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Didn't have pads. Still charged for pads. Had to take two trips and double mileage due to no pads and still had damage. Noted at time of use. Ignored by the company and charged anyway. When approached again the pads were refunded but still paid for double the mileage and had scratched furniture as a result. Highly dissatisfied. Highly disappointed.

Our experience with U Haul was perfect from the time we pick up our truck to working with our movers, Michael Lacy, Cainan Dorsey and Juan Christmun. The three men moving us were clean cut, professional and dedicated to making our move easy. We would recommend U Haul and 23 Clutch Moving Company any time.

They charged me 47.00 instead of 41.75. She said she would wave the extra and only charge me 41.75, but she didn't. No help hooking the trailer up or making sure the lights work. Wont be back to that location.

There was noone there to help hook up the trailer. There are as no place to get out of the rain. The hitch needed maintenance because it was very hard to move to secure to trailer hitch.

The woman working there was highly unpleasant and unhelpful. I almost thought she was joking for a moment she was so rude. I had reserved a trailer and she told me she couldn't help me, I better know how to do it. Very rude.

My name is Rebecca McInnis. I rented this truck for my client, Jay Jones. The person checking us in did not make it clear that the name on the receipt would be the primary driver. Jay Jones was the client using the truck but I was the one renting and paying for the truck. I explained this to her that I would be renting. I need this in my name for my tax purposes. Also, I feel the mileage charged to me is incorrect. I would like to contest the amount of the charge. My client returned the truck on FULL in spite of the not-full tank he picked up. We were both present at the pick-up. This person working your front desk was not clear and apparently didn't understand what I was doing. I thought I had explained everything in great detail. What I would like to see as a resolution: 1) I would like the contract in my name: Rebecca McInnis P O Box 411 Weatherford, TX 76086 2) I would like a refund of the $27.37 of excess mileage charged to my account. 3) I would like for someone to call me at (817) 694-9887 within 48 hours to confirm this resolution. The location was closed and the truck rental was not equipped with the dollies we reserved. We sat in the lot for an hour because your app only allows you to see the gate code when checking in. The facility should be open on Saturday and there should be a way to exit when trapped! At the very least an emergency number. We will never use this location again.

No tie-downs even available, person working wasn't extremely accommodating about that, pricing is a bit expensive for the mileage charge, will use Budget or another company in the future

My p/u was scheduled for 9am but the office attendant did not arrive until 9:10am. She said that she had be scheduled for 10:00am. An attendant did not come out to inspect the truck prior to the rental. They had me sign a doc saying that the gas tank was full without checking the gas. When I got in it, it was a little less than 3/4 tank full. I had to turn around and go back to let them know. We hit ran during our move which I thought was fine since I had rented a covered vehicle. When unloading we discovered that all of our contents were wet. There were areas of the roof of the truck where you could see daylight. When I called the U-Haul location they acted like this was a surprise but it's hard to understand how they wouldn't have known. They instructed me to call another # to report the incident. I've rented U-Hauls many times in the past but have never had an experience like this. We spent most of our moving day working to dry the contents of the U-hual and spread out in an effort to dry out. This made for a REALLY long day.

The 6x12 trailer without a jack made installation very difficult for me to hook up. They can to call an off site person to assist. A trailer that size needs a jack to make installation safer.

Not really this locations fault for the problems I incurred. Some U-haul person decided to change my drop off point. Sent a text message to my house phone which cannot be texted and was disconnected! Then sent an e-mail to my computer that was packed because I was moving. Then this location could not accept my return! Not good at all. Had to call a regional rep who said they would take care of the issue. It was not the type of stress I needed at any time! However, my husband passed in January, I sold my house in February, and was moving in March. Glad the regional rep was able to resolve my issue. My comment is DON'T change locations on anyone! That point was chosen for their convenience and we pay enough for the U-haul to expect that respect.

The strap attachment point inside the trailer were too small for my hooks. They need to be larger or have an adapter available. The trailer should include a jack. I'm a big guy and can lift it. Someone smaller may not be able to lift the hitch.

The lady that handled our paperwork did a very nice job however, the man that was in the yard Daryl, was too busy moving things in the yard to help us for 5 minutes. We had a little trouble getting the trailer hitch on to our truck. He was no help at all. I know it was cold outside but we are standing out in it too. Surprising service for Uhaul.

Rental truck was not clean, we had debris in the truck when we rented it. Attendant didn't drive the truck around for us, we had to walk to the back around the storage units to get it. She pulled out the dolly and furniture protectors, put them on the ground walked off. She never said a word and didn't inspect the truck with us. Never had this expeince before and we have rented with Uhaul many many times.

Asked if someone could help connect the trailer and was told by man at the site "no". My wife asked him outside and he said "yes". Woman at desk said a walk around inspection was not necessary because they had already checked the trailer and I had the insurance anyway. I found a bent wheel cover which did not have an X. They put on an X at the spot. Acted as if they did not care if they had our business or not. Bad, bad attitude and extremely bad customer service. Do not use this place.

Started at location in Weatherford, ended in Aledo. Called to make arrangement to pickup truck, no answer called three times. Called 800 number all I got was I needed take a survey. On trip to Kansas was contacted and asked if I could take truck to Dodge City. This would have added 50 miles to trip, and required me to get some one to pick me up in Dodge. Miss communication all the way around.
