Puneet DadraThe appointment was 4, but sent me message that they will delay which is OK, BUT around 4.20 one mover only arrived and told me the other mover on his way, and he started to unload boxes that doesn't need another hand, but off course he was taking a lot of time, meanwhile he was checking the other mover who wasn't answer his call, then told me the other mover won't come and the manager is looking for other one, around half an hour and his manager told him that a new mover on his way, so he started every 15 minutes to go to bus station to check the mover if arrived or not because his phone battery is dead, finally the other mover arrived and started to move big stuff but also overall they were very slow, started 4.15 and finished around 8.15 for a house got unloaded in 1 hour and 30 minutes, highly not recommend.

I was only asked to text her a photo of the odometer and fuel level readings before and after the rental. Consequently, I do not expect to be charged the $20 next day “convenience fee”.

Sandeep GillThe pickup process was not good. Pickup time was 10:00 am. No one was there and the door was locked. The phone numbers provided continuously responded with messages saying they were "unavailable". At about 10:35 a person arrived who was apparently related to the Uhaul representative and phoned them at home. That person called me back and explained how to access the truck. I left the pick up location an hour late. The truck only had a quarter tank of fuel and had a broken windshield and a broken driver's side mirror. Ensure you do the online pickup process. This should not be "recommended", but essential! Once you get over the pick up issues, everything else was ok.

Kashish AroraI rented it at 12:45 Saturday and returned it at 12:45 Monday there was no one there at pick as she was running late and had to have her dad come and get me keys. Told me on the phone on Saturday no one would be there when I returned it so I should text her a picture of the mileage and gas and leave the key in the drop box. Then I get a bill for three day instead of 2 days. When I phoned uhaul I’m told I have to deal with the location. When I phone I’m told between 12 and 2 are in the same billing period. I said I picked it up at 12:45 and returned it 48 hours later at 12:45 like I was told. Now I have to wait for them to look into this. I have a text time strapped and phoned and left a voice message asking them to confirm they got it. Never heard from them. But they got the picture as they had the gas and mileage. I think uhaul should be on top of things. For me to be told uhaul can’t do anything but only the location.

Katie HammanThe lady we dealt with during pick up was nice but was not the uhaul employee/owner. We managed to get the rental. It was dirty (coffee etc in cup holder). Upon returning we did a drop off situation. I asked the gentleman who took the keys if I had to complete any paperwork etc. he said no and sent me on my way. Fast forward to now, was not contacted for payment and was charged a late return fee. Don’t waste your time here they won’t contact you for payment instead they send you to collections. This rental was in January… it is now November!

Although I had been told that I would get back my deposit right away when I get back the truck. Howerver, when I returned the truck the agent said we just pay back to your credit card or check

Ravinderpal SinghThe worker called twice in the morning, she seemed rushed and very impatient about the whole situation. It was moving day for us and having that attitude to the situation didn't help, plus she said she'd help me change the time online, but never did which caused more issues with payment at the end so nothing was done right. I didn't appreciate it.
