Trailer had a few problems.

Douglas WThe prior weekend however was a disaster with your other UHaul vendor in Clinton: Freeland WA. They did not have the vehicle I reserved and I waited over an hour for anyone to show up to inform me of that. I lost my movers due to the lateness and lack of equipment so it was a failed attempt all in all due to UHaul’s inability to communicate and deliver the reservation.

Gary OHen I went to Freeland location where I was to pick up truck no one there, so drove back to office in Clinton, I was in a panic because I had hired movers to help me. The man there was very rude said he doesn’t have a Freeland location and gave me an 1-888 number to call. I called the number and they were very helpful they told me to go back inside and they had sent my order and I was given a truck at the Clinton location. Again the man was curt ……I would never do business there again.

Rented trailer was perfect for our needs and we encountered no problems. *Never ceases to maze me how technology that is claimed to make life easier and more efficient has the exact opposite effect,

Lloyd KI was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was rent the U Haul truck at this location. The customer service guy had me in the system, as I had called ahead and reserved it. Check out was the best experience I have ever had when renting any vehicle. The truck was clean and ran great. I will always recommend to my friends to use this company and location.

VICTOR ETHE U-HAUL RESERVATION SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED!! EVERYTHING ABOUT MY RESERVATION WAS WRONG! Fortunately, the people working at the Neighborhood pick up and drop off locations were very helpful and we were able to work around the HORRIBLE RESERVATIONS SYSTEM.

VERL RHorrible check-in process that delayed pickup much longer than it should. I registered a complaint with support but haven't been contacted by a supervisor as was promised. I will NEVER rent a UHAUL again. I will go out of my way to share my experience with anyone who will listen.
