Mike RogersUnlimited miles, I had only 131 miles and went 17 miles over. It costed me an extra $18.66 it's not a lot but it is when your on a budget. You should do 100 miles a day if you don't want to do unlimited. I had the uhaul for less an 48 hour. P.s. Instructions on how to use the car dolly.

Amy LacapI rented the truck at noon saturday til noon sunday I did not write the milage down but paid $75 at the time of rental. I went 5 miles from s. bilbo st orange texas 77632 to 2644 farm rd 3247 orange texas a total of 4 times. Now I have a bill saying I went 156 miles that is not possible. Also before I left the yard the gas was written down wrong and I did put gas in it before returning it and got charged another $22 I will never use uhaul again Harrison Machauer

HENRY PIPPShad a wait time for both picking up the keys and dropping off the uhaul. uhaul in itself would not confirm our id and we had to wait 15 mins for a simple call; then upon drop off wanted to charge us hidden fees.

Gerald GuilloryReservations are not honored. A call was placed to the location to verify that the equipment was there and available the day prior to pickup. Apparently someone came in before us wanting the 20’ truck and it was given to them. That’s not a good way to do business.
Tina StJohnThey try to cheat me out of my money they still owe me $128 for the deposit and I never received. Also there was a $20 reservation that was canceled and I never received it back either. I’m still right now as of now, waiting on my deposit, the vehicle was retired in great shape. The gas was put back exactly where it was supposed to be. We cannot get anybody on the phone at the Orange location. She did call one time but try to give me $40 and my deposit on both receipts Also on my states what I’m supposed to get back and they will not call me back. I have not received my money. This is going on the second day now. Can someone please give me a call And have my money returned to me. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Debby DanielIt was about 15mins from my house but it was the closest location to me. The area where I parked the trailer was muddy and full of pot holes although it was easy to access.

BOBBY KOONCEI had to unhook my own trailer! When I picked up the trailer they used a jack to raise it up to hook it on my truck and when I returned it the girl say drive to the back and drop it off never once offered to help or and tools to get it unhooked

Bob LangeThe person charged me more for a dolly because they didn't have the one that I reserved and then never gave it to me so I had to call to get it resolved. The location was hard to find. There was supposed to be someone there to help me hook the uhaul up to the car tow and to help with getting my car onto the car tow and there was not. I had to figure it out. If I hadn't done it correctly not only would my personal property have been destroyed but it could have put everyone on the road around me in jeopardy. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Karen BenoitThe truck received was not cleaned out, the cab was dirty and the back of the truck had bails, screws, and a lot of debris. We had to clean it out. The dolly we ordered to go with the truck wasn't there and so loading was really difficult. The truck broke down 150 miles into our 1000-mile trip and we were stranded on the side of the road for over 5 hours. The mechanic who repaired the truck said this could have been completely avoided had the truck had a simple maintenance check before we took it out.

Charles ManleyThe truck was not clean when we picked it up and we had to take time to clean out a lot of nails, screws, and debris from the back of the truck before we could load it. We ordered a dolly with the truck and there was not one there when we went to pick it up. The radiator hose for the truck blew about 150 miles into the trip and left us stranded for over 5 hours which caused a health issue for my mother. This truck was never looked at, inspected, or maintained before we took it. The woman at the pick-up stated they just got the truck in an hour before we picked it up. According to the mechanic who had to come and fix the truck after the breakdown, had the team at the pick-up location done an inspection of the truck and maintenance, they would have found the problem in advance. As a result, of the needless delay we ended up having to stay in a hotel an additional night costing us money and my elderly mom became ill from having to sit in the heat for over 5 hours. She ended up in the emergency room after arriving at our destination. THIS ALL COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED!!! A 1 to 2-hour delay at pick-up so the truck could have been cleaned and maintained would have been preferable to 5 hours broke down in the extreme heat.
